The entire hotel is extremely nice. Very up-to-date with great amenities. It’s in the perfect area, nothing is too far away from convenience stores to gas stations to restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms could be a little bigger, and a pool addition would be great. But other than that when I come to Birmingham, I’ll probably always stay at this property.

The room was spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It was clean and well-appointed. Very nice place!

The breakfast is always so delicious. It's the main reason why we always stay here. Room and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. However we're usually late travelers and sometimes checking in after 1am. With that being said we felt pressured to give the front desk notice when we'd arrive. When I book my room I expect to have it waiting for me until check out. If I'm supposed to give notice if I'm running late I won't consider this place to book with in the future. If I'm paying I should have the authority to check in at 10am then check out at 11:59 bc I paid in full.

Brand new and close to ballparks. Walking distance to restaurants No pool although advertised as having a pool. When asked about this, was told “guess they need to change that online”. There were ping pong tables outside for kids BUT there was a grate/drain that wasn’t secured and when my son ran after the ping pong ball, the grate/drain moved and his fell cutting his ankles and bruising leg. Needs to be fixed immediately- super happy is wasn’t our 8 year old. The breakfast was subpar and we ended up either eating out or having a bowl of our own cereal in our room. Finally, 2 of our friends/families booked a room with washer and dryer included in the room however when they both arrived unfortunately the room had been given to someone else. They had to use the laundry on first floor which cost an additional $15
