Difficulty communicating with custodial staff about cleaning. Everything else was excellent

This time I wasn't exactly impressed. Tried checking in at 3:20, Reception said room wasn't ready so I had to come back at 4. The other thing that I can say is, that when I showered that evening, the shower floor had a little debris including a black pubic hair. Also shower valve and grab bar were not secured. Room didnt smell but was not immaculate. Breakfast and hosts were good, although very cramped. I will consider if traveling back to Hoover area. 8.5 stars

Breakfast was good and different main foods each day. The pool was nice, but one day there were no clean towels without us asking for some at the front desk. Rooms were clean and good size.

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham/Hoover. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I appreciated the spacious accommodations and convenient location. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

breakfast was ok, but not the best. I like they had washer and dryers on the facility. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. We were situated near a noisy dog in one of the guest rooms. At the breakfast some breads were not fresh and the eggs tasted funny. There was poop in the grassy areas in the parking lot in the front of the hotel, so when loading and unloading you had to step carefully. One of the elevators was broken over the entire weekend so the wait was long at times.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and the staff was amazing!!

From check in, to breakfast to checkout, everyone was exceptional ! No problems with anything. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and staff were accommodating! Stay here every time I go to Hoover, Alabama !
