Holiday Inn Birmingham - Hoover by IHG

The Facility,The Staff, The Rooms. AND BREAKFAST The price. I'm assuming cause it was a holiday

The room was CLEAN and the staff was friendly! That’s perfect for me!

Was Great! Everything was clean.

Breakfast was great bed and sheets were very comfy! I will definitely book a room and recommend to friends and family! we visit hoover often and this is now our to go spot to stay!

Nothing Roach bugs, no air in room. Was told I would receive points from 2 different people. I have yet to receive a point

I loved the clean rooms and the cold air. After 4 days in a hotel whose HVAC couldn't keep up with the humidity in Savannah, it was a pleasure staing at this location. It was exactly what we needed during our trip cross country. Nothing not to like.

Perfect & Lovely stay! Will continue to visit.

The location was great It was easy to get to destination The water in the sink was very weak It needed to be stronger

The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out.

Nothing Everything. Noisy, not clean, horrible parking.

Breakfast was pretty good, location was great, everything was clean, the bed was a little stiff but we made it work. My only complaint was the bed was a little stiff everything else was 10 out of 10.

The staff was so nice I will always come back wen I’m in Hoover Alabama to stay I love yall thanks yall for been good people may god bless yall

Large clean room staff friendly and will to go the extra mile. Nothing at all it was amazing start to finish.

It was clean and the people working were awesome! The breakfast isn’t worth what we paid. At all. The beds were bumpy and squeaking and not comfortable at all.

The rooms were clean, odorless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very polite and ready to greet upon entering. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

Location You had to pay extra for breakfast.

Property in a good location, and it is relatively new. Only real down side was the fact that there were piles of dirty towels and linens in the halls. We thought someone would eventually pick them up, but no one did after several hours. Around 7 pm, we pointed this out to the front desk. The attitude was really shocking. We thought they would want to know that piles of dirty linens and towels had been left in the hall. Instead, the front desk person asked with a huff, “you want me to do something about it?” Um, yes, I don’t want to walk by piles of soiled laundry. Sorry!
