Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hoover/Birmingham

Close to destiny Dust everywhere, bed room dirty for the cost I thought it would be a lot better

Poor

Breakfast was nasty Ac didn’t work properly

Disappointing

Area Need a little TLC bath tub was dirty and phone did not work

The room was absolutely amazing we enjoyed every bit of it and the jacuzzi tub was absolutely +++ 10/10

Breakfast is a disappointment but everything else is good

Superb

It was clean The fact that I had to change rooms because the refrigerator didn’t work in the first room, so they put me in another and the microwave didn’t work in the second room

For the cost as a whole this is a sufficient stay. It's clear this hotel is "cutting costs" in areas they deem non essential. The website promises a continental breakfast. That is not the case. Literally all they had out this morning were 2-3 muffins, 1 -slice of bread and 1-2 pieces of starch. Honestly it's frustrating they advertise this and don't honor it. False advertising technically. Hotel was clean.

i did not have the breakfast toilet not clean, a/c very loud, walls thin

All that was good was location close to all activities me and my family did. Hotel offers breakfast by that they mean here's 6 store bought waffles and toast for anyone in hotel to share. Sheets in hotel room had urine stains. Had burnt out light bulbs. No extra blankets said we had to pay extra. Shower head sprayed all over the wall because pipe was messed up when I asked to get more towels and told them of issue there response was just to bring other towels down 1st and didnt get the shower head fixed until 2pm the next day. Had a microwave in the room that was burnt out said they were guna replace it when I told them bout it but was never replaced in our 6 day stay.

It was close to my venue No coffee was available. I had to go to Starbucks to get coffee that morning the breathless look like something. You might wanna feed to your dog when I came which I was the first there was only three small eggs in a pan and this was about 7:45.

The breakfast was the worst ever. Frozen microwave mini sausage biscuits. Frozen waffles. Warm milk for cereal and the quantity was all in 4 of everything. The room had a handicap bathroom and the breakfast was terrible coffee was watered down. Everything was cheaply done

It was very pleasant an clean an convenient for the different stores in the area

Everything

Definitely not clean

Exceptional

Very good
