Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hoover/Birmingham

All that was good was location close to all activities me and my family did. Hotel offers breakfast by that they mean here's 6 store bought waffles and toast for anyone in hotel to share. Sheets in hotel room had urine stains. Had burnt out light bulbs. No extra blankets said we had to pay extra. Shower head sprayed all over the wall because pipe was messed up when I asked to get more towels and told them of issue there response was just to bring other towels down 1st and didnt get the shower head fixed until 2pm the next day. Had a microwave in the room that was burnt out said they were guna replace it when I told them bout it but was never replaced in our 6 day stay.

It was close to my venue No coffee was available. I had to go to Starbucks to get coffee that morning the breathless look like something. You might wanna feed to your dog when I came which I was the first there was only three small eggs in a pan and this was about 7:45.

The breakfast was the worst ever. Frozen microwave mini sausage biscuits. Frozen waffles. Warm milk for cereal and the quantity was all in 4 of everything. The room had a handicap bathroom and the breakfast was terrible coffee was watered down. Everything was cheaply done

The lady who checked us in was so kind and helpful! She was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The room was uncomfortable and not super clean. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with kids, some of the long term guests were not easy to explain to young people.

Incredible staff, WiFi connectivity was the only thing that I could complain about.

Great location Dirty musty smells staff walked in my room twice while I was asleep no food out for breakfast worse coming out of my AC unit thought I was gonna get shocked when I pushed than back in

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The property was a good place to sleep. The hotel was basic and the breakfast offerings were rudimentary.
