There was no running hot water in the bath tub. I was tired,wanted to rest so I decided to take a cold bath and cut the tv on and go to sleep. The remote did not work or the batteries were dead. Very frustrating until I did not want to stay up and call the front desk. I usually enjoy staying there but my last two stays was disappointing and frustrating 😕

Usually everything is great but this time roaches was in the room. This just may have been a one time thing. I will find out.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Never expected such quality at this budget price point. Will definitely stay here next time!

The only problem was the cigarette butts. The trash can is to close to the rooms cause people are putting their trash in them at night and flies are coming in the rooms. The staff was superb

Phone in room didn’t work. Remote didn’t work, but was exchanged for another. Worse mattress bed I’ve ever slept on with a very large dip in the middle and VERY soft overall. Horrible night sleep. Lobby had a very unpleasant odor when checking in. Scant, bare minimum breakfast.

The ac only blew on low so i had to buy a fan. The phone didn't work there was a constant smell of weed especially at night. One night it was so bad my throat was burning i called the police. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a used wash cloth on the shower curtain when I checked in. I told the office about the ac nothing was done. The bed was ok nothing great no TV issues.

Clean enough but beds are hard and pillows thin. The room had a weird smell but it was good enough for an overnight sleep

It was fine for a two night stay no extras or perks but it was comfortable and clean.

Clean and neat room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Polite and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good parking. Had a very restful and enjoyable stay.

Great stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was as expected. Room was quiet and there was a freezer compartment in the refrigerator so we could re-freeze our cooler packs. No coffee maker but plenty of coffee in the lobby.

Room was clean. Plenty of space. Nice hotel. Good location. The Breakfast they offered wasn't much, only waffles and prepackaged muffins.. But Panera is in the parking lot. With lots of food options nearby
