Totally unsatisfactory

The room was really quiet considering that a major highway was just outside the room. Everything was clear except for the floors. Other than that it was quite nice. The bed was comfy.

Room was clean, but hairdryer was broken soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. The door didn’t seal very well and the hotel is located right next to a commercial building and semi’s were parked right next to it so we could hear the semi’s rumbling all night.

Nice looking and updated room. Clean sheets, great pillows and a good mattress. Quiet stay with cool AC. Great parking that’s well lit and close to your room. Friendly service with a convenient location. If the breakfast would have included some eggs and cheese it would have been a perfect stay.

The second room, wasn’t much better. A lot of dust, the wall had black marks, and the air conditioner was really dirty. For the amount of money spent, it was not a good stay.

Room was OK but AC was not cold at all and breakfast was nothing but cheap stuff bought at Sam's or wal mart.

Pictures from website did not match the room. Room had a terrible smell wasn’t completely clean and could hear the room next door their conversation clearly.

The staff was very nice, especially the manager. She was very helpful with the TV in my room which would not produce a signal initially. She also was helpful with the WiFi password. The hotel is old with minimal renovations. It served it purpose for a one night stay. I did sleep very well, comfortable mattress and good pillows.

Decent stay for $100 stop on a roadtrip, beds and bathroom were clean, floor was not. Nice area, but we would not have stayed with our 8 month old had we realized the room doors exited to the outside. Otherwise, it was a fine stop to rest for a few hours!

My room 237 second floor smelled like sewage! I stayed 3 night!I complained 3 times nothing offered or done! 4th time was my last night, they offered to move me. A bit late and I had too many things to move as I was packing for overseas flight next morning. I deserve some kind of compensation!
