The check in staff was friendly, hotel room was clean and offered many amenities. The free breakfast was also the best I’ve seen at a hotel in a long time!

The heating elements were broke and they said there was no coffee That’sa huge thing for me

They need to be replaced badly. The rest of the hotel was wonderful.

Our first room the TV didn’t work. Once we moved rooms it was into an adjoined room and you could hear everything from that room. It was an extremely hot in the room even with the air as low as it would go. The loudness from the glow above us kept us up the majority of the night and then early morning.

When I asked to change rooms the lady working at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. The property is very new, no issues of any kind. Rooms are extremely spacious. Would be happy to stay there again.

We travel as a family of four so we needed the pull out bed in the couch. There were cheese puffs all inside the couch when we opened it. The bathroom floors were not freshly vacuumed and mopped. The shower floor was also not freshly cleaned. The staff was great and helpful. Very quick to answer questions. Breakfast was not served on time so we had to leave without eating.

I was traveling with teens and children so they were looking forward to the pool that was advertised to be there. We learned after we checked in that there was no pool. Had I known that there was no pool I would have stayed somewhere else.

Great stay for the price. Clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service/hospitality.

Room was clean. The staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast was awesome there was a variety of options. I would definitely stay again and recommend the property. The only downside was that they were still in the process of building the swimming pool so it wasn’t available.

Breakfast had a staff constantly refilling and cleaning. It didn't feel like carsboard breakfast.
