Will definitely stay again when working in Bham. Very polite staff. Everything clean and orderly. Would have liked adult beverages without having to leave. Bed too soft for my taste.

The room was very large and well equipped.

Additionally, befote checkout the following morning the cleaning staff knocked on our door and almost opened it before I answered. We specifically had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door handle This was completely ignored by the cleaning staff. WILL NOT RETURN!

We were blown away by the customer service here. We were traveling with grandparents and seeing this the front desk personnel gave us adjoining rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety and filled us up before we were on our way again.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The rooms were great! We have no complaints. Breakfast was good and the kitchen in the room was nice to have.

The next morning there was no coffee for quite some time. We were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. This wasn’t a bad stay. It just wasn’t the level of service we had come to expect from prior stays.

We had an absolute amazing experience! The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The rooms were so clean! The whole building smelt great! We will definitely be back!

The room is clean and spacious, with a lot of table space. That’s really great. The kitchen is convenient. The breakfast is fine, though not the best. Among the 10 different hotels we stayed, it is definitely in the top tier.

Easy check in. Room was clean and roomy. Bed was firmer than I would have liked. Breakfast options were ok but not great. Would definitely stay again next time coming thru town.

Last year we stayed in LaQuinta in Chelsea. It was a beautiful place, This time we booked in this facility. It was very smell and floors were very sticky. After checking in, we ended up booking another hotel and moving to that hotel. Staff was very cooperative, however there was nothing he could do about this situation.

We enjoyed our stay however the room was not as clean as it should have been. The website shows that there is a pool but there was no pool. The staff we encountered were great!

We arrived at late at night with several little kids after a full day of traveling. We were told “it will be just a minute” because our room was not clean. After front staff got ahold of the cleaning staff, 45 mins later we finally got into our room (10pm). Upon arrival we had no toilet paper & no shampoo in the room. The next morning, it 5:57am & I was going to get my son fruit loops (out of the plastic container with plastic cup) and the lady rudely yelled “it don’t open until 6, literally 3 mins” we then went to check out and had to find someone to check us out. The whole stay was miserable and the staff were very rude and very unprofessional.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Only issue was luggage carts were never available.

No towels in room, not one. Dirty paper towel in sink, and trash in the trash can. 3 curly black hairs in shower. Not a drop of body wash in the body wash bottle. No “Do not disturb” hanger in room. Bed was as hard as a marble slab. Staff were very lovely. Breakfast was good.

Enjoyed my stay

Water was constantly cold in my shower. Had to go to the front desk 4 times to ask why my water was cold. Room was dirty and dark.
