Large clean room. Very helpful & courteous staff. Excellent location; within short walking distance to major clothing stores, restaurant & Home Depot. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a brand new hotel a few more months. It will be a motel six I’ve stayed here seven or eight different times I will never come back

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were wonderful and clean. The staff was over the top friendly. We arrived later than we had intended and we were exhausted and did not really feel like having dinner, but they provided us with peanut butter crackers and fruit, which was really all we wanted at the time. Just a little thing, but it was a very nice thing for them to do. The only problem we had was breakfast. It was horrible. They had not put out all of the food… And this was not early so they had plenty of time to have put it out. We had to ask for bagels, butter, a couple of other things that should’ve just been there. What was there was cold… Not just not hot but absolutely cold… The potatoes were cold. The sausage was cold. The toaster did not work, I ran an English muffin through the toaster three times and it was not even warm much less toasted. The only thing that was good about the breakfast was the coffee. We were very disappointed because since we had not really had much dinner the night before we were pretty hungry. We ended up going to a drive-through for breakfast. But the breakfast is the only negative thing we have to say. We will definitely stay at this chain again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel . We have stayed here twice already and each time we came the rooms were not properly cleaned. I am not talking about small things I am talking about sticky dirty floors and then this time I moved things around and found what looked like dead bugs. We had paid for three days so I had no choice but to clean the room to my liking. They left open toilet paper in the bathroom which is very unsanitary. The kitchen drawers had dirt in them, and the dishes still had dried-up food on them. It was very disheartening. I love staying at home 2 suites but for this to be a fairly new hotel it’s not being taken care of. Not to mention how rude some of the workers were. One lady told my husband she wished the power went out. Did i mention that they advertised a pool that’s non-existent? I intend on reporting this location because no one should have to be this dissatisfied. Please don’t waste your time money here.

The location is marvelous. It is sitting besides several stores. You can shop for anything within 2 minutes walk. No much noise. No smells, clean and spacious room and sheets. The breakfast was good and fresh. The rooms are cleaned every other day but customer may call if they need anything. Staff was not so friendly and professional but the facility made up for the flaws. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend the facility.

Room had issues with the breaker popping for the kitchen and bathroom. Plug in bath and hot water in kitchen not working. Also no hot breakfast 8 of the 10 days due to power issues with the electric in the dining area. Also as my 82 year old mom was existing the patio exit 4 pieces of stone siding came down from above the exterior door and almost hit her on top of the head. When this was brought to their attention they did not do anything to prevent other guests from using that exit. This could have hurt her really bad! Only one of the elevators is working and the pool is advertised on the listing but it is not even built yet.

The pool was not open (under construction). The kitchen had problems with cooking equipment and beverage machine.

Always an excellent choice!!

I’m picky, and this hotel was a very good experience!! The room was huge and things were pretty clean and in good shape. Staff was helpful and Stella was especially kind and friendly! Would definitely stay again! The location is also excellent, close to so many stores and about 15 minutes from my daughter at Samford. Really good experience and the price was good, too.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent (maybe make the coffee a little stronger). Location was great (the mall was dead, but the hotel is located near some decent restaurants).
