Great location adjoining the mall,very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bar restaurant menu very limited and quite expensive.

Everything and how close it was to different things!!

Hotel is a little old and run down. They only cleaned our room and brought fresh towels once out of the 3 nights we stayed. Asked for a roll away bed so our daughter could stay with us one night, and they were out of blankets. Not sure how that happens at a hotel. The location is great, but won’t stay here again.

We always enjoy staying at your hotel when we come to Alabama football games. Having such ease at shopping so close by is a plus. I have another stay booked at the end of November. I did have to change our hotel in two weeks to another hotel due to a price increase. That’s one thing I think could be better, not going up on rates because a big ballgame is that weekend.

My husband’s bed was also dirty, with something that looked like mucus on it. The shower window/door could not be properly closed, so water got all over the bathroom floor. It is impossible to hold the door closed and shower at the same time

Understaffed. The money we paid to stay, we had to call housekeeping or the front desk whenever we needed anything, dining room always Understaffed. Not happy
