The beds are very firm and a little hard on my back. Everything else was really nice. Great shower. The room was very nice. Loved having the Kitchenette!

I loved our weekend stay. We were welcomed with excellent hospitality and customer service and our room was clean and superb. I can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Remember, There are a lot of kids and dogs allowed. I did not see a mess. There were some happy kids running in the hallways until 9:30 am and it was quite until 10 am. I will not use this location again, but it's safe and good for families and pets.

Wonderful shower and hot water. The room was very clean. I did not like that there were no ice machines. I was told there was an ice maker in my fridge in the room, but mine did not work. The lady when we checked in was so nice but the lady on the day shift the next morning was not nice or helpful.

My partner and I booked this hotel as a place to get some rest while passing through. I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews, but we didn’t even stay 20 minutes after seeing our room. There were bugs everywhere, including crawling across the furniture. There was hair in the bed, and it was obvious the sheets hadn’t been changed because the bed had clearly been slept in. There was also hair in the shower, the room had a terrible odor, and the entire third floor was extremely hot. We requested a refund immediately and had to find another hotel. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

A notice by the elevator said renovations were near completion so construction materials and other signs of renovation were visible onsite. The room was clean. Bed comfortable and tv not tiny. Staff was helpful. My bathroom had a walk in shower. Laundry equipment was crammed into the convenience cafe- I can imagine that might be disturbing.
