Hampton Inn by Hilton Hopewell Fort Lee

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good

Facilities were in great need of a refresh. Peeling paint around pool. Water testing was overdue. My room had more peeling paint and sticking door. I heard that some rooms were being remodeled but I didn’t see any of them. We can hope that occurs.

Breakfast was good and every staff member was super friendly!!!!! The floor was wet near air conditioner (napkin test showed damp not cold) and toilet leaked and weirdly flushed. But, place was great otherwise.

It was too mash light by the window, I can’t sleep very well.

Visited area b/c it is so close to Ft. Lee military base. Alicia at the front desk was amazing and accommodating. Room was clean and pool was nice. Definitely will stay again when I go back to pick my son up from Ft. Lee. Booking.com over booked and 2 queen bed room was not available. Alicia gave us a king room with a roll away bed and it was perfect.

Amazing stay! Clean hotel with amazing staff whether it was the front desk conceriege or the breakfast staff, they were amazing and would go out of their way to be sure a good stay. The ac worked great and the pool was clean and accessible.

Staff was great and the Breakfast was good. Convenient to restaurants and our destinations. Only thing was the $5.00 parking a day that isn't advertised. Paid it this time for the 3 days but will find next time a hotel that doesn't charge to park. They charge enough already.

Very good! The food was hot and plentiful. Everything was perfect.

It was within 10 miles from Fort Lee. Pool was great! Staff was nice! Breakfast was delicious! There is a turtle pond by the pool. I've never seen so many turtles! It was so neat

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the norm but the area was SO CLEAN!! This made all the difference to me. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The air conditioning worked ok. The TV column would not turn loud enough to hear especially when the AC would come on. The breakfast did not have any fruit.

I also dont think paying for parking is necessary if we staying at the property but its 5$ a day.

Front desk was nice Whole hotel reeked like Marijuana especially the front lobby. Room was dirty and was told a crib would be but in the room for my baby. The floors were so dirty my baby feet turned black front crawling on the carpets. By far doesnt live up to the expectations of Hampton inn hotel and not worth the price you pay. Also if your gonna make guest pay for parking have a security guard present roaming the parking lot to ensure guest vehicles are protected.

I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again.
