Best Western Hopkinsville KY - Brand New Rooms

We got up to our room and it had to be at least 85 degrees if not 90. Room was nice. This is an older hotel that has had a major remodel. I stayed there 35 years ago and the only thing that really showed it was the concrete outside. Faucets don't seem to know if they are running hot or cold water because all the water just seemed warm. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I ate biscuits and gravy because I didn't want cereal. The gravy should be called milk gravy because it was thin as milk. Biscuits fell apart before you could open them but did taste good and seemed fresh. Would I stay there again? Probably not. The room being so hot when we arrived being the biggest factor. It took 2 hours to cool down to a reasonable temp. Otherwise the answer might have been different.

I’m very pleased with our stay at Best Western, the only thing is the pool was closed.

Room was very spacious. Noise was not an issue during our stay. Breakfast was good, with limited hot food options. It is a small breakfast bar that takes them a while to re-stock, so you may have to wait.

Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It was good. Just needs to get the renovations done.

Breakfast should be better

This is my 3rd visit to this Hotel was super close to the location I was visiting. Although, regarding the hotel itself, elevators are kinda wonky, vending machines ate my money😭, there was trash left in trash cans, bed looked like someone layed on it and pillow cases smelled, and there was banging on the floor above late night. Other than that stay was ok.

Comfortable beds, very clean, and love the shower soap. Breakfast could have been little better but overall everything else was perfect.

I liked that you can see where they tried to do upgrades. It's wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The water in the toilet ran constantly unless you gave the handle a shake or two after use. The elevator felt and sounded iffy. Bedding and some towels had stains.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast

Large and clean room. Front lady was super nice. Breakfast was hot and good. I would stay here again!

Staff was very nice. The pool wasn't in operation, but it was a bit chillly outside. I would have like to have had peanut butter (1 oz.) cups for the oatmeal.

Clean room, plenty of parking, close to the highway and only a few minutes drive to Hopkinsville center

Breakfast was good, room was spotless and we have 2 small dogs so we were in a doggie room. Bed slept great, shower pressure met needs. Price was not outrageous. Lots of grass around hotel to walk dogs. Will keep in mind for future travels on our frequent Kansas to NC and back trips.

Location was good and bed was comfortable. Lotion & hand wash were empty. First room had dismantled air conditioner. Moved to room with no electricity and no seating area - just an open area. Do not believe the NEW ROOMS. This hotel is old and tired.
