Nothing this was the worst experience i've ever had in a hotel. There were over a dozen cigarette burns in my bed sheets. I had to sleep on the floor and my deposit was stolen. I even uploaded a video of it.

There wasn’t much There was zero parking because the parking lot was full of work and construction trucks. When I arrived the clerk said there was a mandatory $20 deposit for a non smoking room that he said booking.com doesn’t tell u (because I was not aware of the deposit) he also told my auntie who stayed in another room the same thing only he charged her $50 deposit for a smoking room. There were only men staying at the motel, I’m assuming they were the ones using the construction vehicles. Most of the men lingered outside of their rooms listening to loud music and cooking on grills. I was a female alone in that room and there was no way for me to verify the door was locked because the turn lock was broken and only spun (room 117 btw) The room itself smelled terrible, the comforter was only a duvet cover with nothing in it. It had white smears on it (god knows what that was). The bed was hard as a rock, not even firm there was zero give in it. The fixtures in the tub were rusted, there was no ice available after hours because it was inside the office area, along with the only coffee maker (there wasn’t one in the room)

Room was filthy. Things were broken and I ended up paying for one of them that was broken when we came in. Price changed upon arrival leaving me no choice but to pay because I had no other choice. Requested handicap room and was put in top floor farthest from my vehicle. Had three pillows that barely would equal one. We are homeless and was trying to get out of extremely cold weather and was taken advantage of completely. I am on SSDI and it took almost all my check for the month to stay there for three days I'm a room that was filthy and falling apart. And when I checked out I didn't get one of my deposits back at all and the other was mostly kept by them for a towel rack that was broken when we showed up. The staff was rude when I tried to explain it to them and I had to wait for the rest of my deposit to be returned to my card when the website said I would receive it in cash on the day I checked out. I will never stay there again or recommend them to anyone. It was horrible.

Nothing!!!!!!! It was horrible! Our room was around back and it felt like a lot of shady stuff goes on there. We did not feel comfortable at all. We ended up going somewhere else to stay the night.

I did not stay because when I got there everything there looked disgusting. I ended up not staying and they would not refund my money. I would not suggest staying here

The room was comfortable, clean, and it had useful amenities. It was affordable, in a great location, and the staff was nice and very helpful. I had no complaints.
