I don't know were the issue was but I arrived , yes very late in the night 1 am or so, with a confirmed reservation and was turn away. Told there reservation was not in the system and they had no rooms.... very disappointed, I've stayed at this hotel many times and never had any issues....

Everything went smooth from the beginning to the end of my stay. That you have to put down a 350.00 deposit. If I were young or even middle aged that would be one thing. Im a 63 yr old pastor, I was on sabbatical alone, no harm to my environment, that takes 3 days away a couple times a year.

Nice room, beds nice but not the best. Good pillows though. Bathroom nice, especially the lighted mirror! No place to hang washcloths or towels after use. Spectrum cable service lacking not because of selection but the guide was very confusing, so much so we gave up on it. Overall very nice property, clean, quiet.

The room was lovely and had everything me and my group needed for a comfortable stay the breakfast was good, the pool was amazing, and the room was cozy would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the variety of Breakfast, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a handicapped room and it was very accessible. All was comfortable and pleasant. We had to ask for bedding for the couch, but the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were provided with everything we needed.

Only complaint is that breakfast is very limited, but at least it was something. Great stay, though. Close to everything and easy to get to.

Great room and very good location. Close to everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice, real breakfast! Waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage that were warm and tasty. Will be back next time.
