Best Western Plus Goodman Inn & Suites

The property was nice and close to several restaurants. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get the room type I reserved. After I made it to the room and saw it wasn't what I reserved, I just stayed since it was only for one night.

My overall stay at this hotel was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property overall was well-kept. The breakfast was also pretty good. The negatives was the tub was not properly cleaned. I saw mold and mildew under it so I was not able to take a relaxing bath. Also, the beds slept comfortably but were not accessible for customers with disabilities …they were too high for my elderly mom.

Breakfast was limited and the young man downstairs assigned to breakfast was not happy and rude. Two good things: The mattress sleeps nice, although they could use better pillows. The location is convenient and not in a busy area.

The location was fine. Did not do the breakfast. My cover was torn. They could give you better soap instead of those child size bars. Maybe a cheap shower cap would be nice. Only one entrance door, why have a key to the other exit door at end of the hall if it doesn't open it.

Good location for Memphis airport. Lots of places to eat around.

The lady that worked the desk was absolutely amazing. She was completely helpful and did her best to accommodate our family. This was our first time at a Best Western and it’s now our go to hotel because of her!
