Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

We only stayed one night. However, we were able to utilize many amenities. The evening drinks and dinner, breakfast and pool were all amazing. Our room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. We had a great stay.

The property was well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. The morning and evening food service was great. We love staying at the Drury Inns because everything we need is right there.

Even on the 5th floor the street noise at night was very loud. I know you can’t fix it, I’m just letting you know

No security. We had 2 incidents happen during our stay with making our children feel uncomfortable on the premises

From getting out of our car to getting into our car the experience was top notch!! The entire staff was so helpful and someone was right there if you needed anything with a huge smile!! They were THE BEST hotel staff in my 49 years of living I’ve ever encountered!!

We stayed at this Drury twice previously and were completely satisfied with those visits. Unfortunately our stay this timewas interrupted by a strange incident. While watching TV from 8-11pm (World Cup Soccer) we felt an unusual vibration that seemed to affect the building, our room, and our beds. We reported the situation to the desk clerk the next morning, but she was unaware of the problem. We spoke to her again later and she indicated another guest reported the same issue and comped our stay. This compensation was appreciated, but without an explanation of the cause of the strange vibration, I am reluctant to consider staying at this facility again.

You can hear every car that passes by the Hotel it’s next to a main road and highway if you want good sleep do not book here

This wasn’t my first time here. We typically stay here once or twice a year. Great place for the price. Convenient to restaurants and shopping if you are looking for this.

Very professional Closing of pool to storm .but I understand

Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous. Nothing was ever said to us like sorry and I had to check out a day early due to my husband health and was still charged after all that. But your staff and the kitchen staff out standing. The stay was definitely more than expected. Love the room. Definitely gave apartment. Felt like home. Will recommend 10:10.
