Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

We loved the free full dinner and breakfast. It saved us from having to spend the extra time and money eating out.

Not clean, so loud, food was ok if you got there early enough, not great on refilling things. Trash all over the food area.

Clean room food breakfast

I couldn't believe that we were fed supper and breakfast at no extra cost! The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The only issue, and not a big deal because we closed the curtains, some little child had left a couple handprints on the window.

Everything was very clean and some of the staff was very helpful. While in the pool there was an employee sitting on her phone while watching the kids, if you want to call it that. She proceeded to tell my granddaughter that she could not jump in however did not tell the huge group of about 20 kids to not be jumping and roughhousing. The manager did come out and have a talk with them and told them to follow the rules or she would shut it down. After she left they started taking wet towels and played keep away across the pool causing kids to be jumping to try and catch it. In this process even though neither of my granddaughters were playing one of them got hit in the nose. The pool is entirely too small for this kind of play. Also, the information about the pool needs to be updated. It says there was an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. There are not two separate pools. There is a pool that is cut in half by a garage door like feature. We had booked the hotel because it said an indoor pool because we knew it was supposed to rain. Because of lightening the pool was closed for over 2 hours.

Very nice and clean place to stay!!!! The huge plus is that they have a free full meal with variety of drinks also popcorn every evening. So you don’t even have to leave hotel and find dinner once you get there. Inside and outside pool is a plus also. I will defintely stay at a Drury Inn anytime I am back in this area or try to find one where ever I am traveling. Keep up the great work Drury!!!!!! You’re the best!!!!!

The air-conditioning unit rattled every time it kicked on and kept us up all night..

If you want an affordable place this is ok. The food is the same it looks like each week. I skipped the dinner. Didn't look appealing. The free alcohol was nice.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Happy hour food and drinks were delicious. The beds are super comfortable.

Free breakfast was great each morning and 5:30 kickback was great too. Staff was very friendly.
