Sleep Inn Horn Lake - Southaven

It was a great 2 day getaway for me. But...the breakfast wasn't good. At all. Spoiling honeydew melons and grapes. No coffee cups, ++++. Tha k God that cracker barrel was just next door.

Didn’t like anything but the location The rooms was fifty, phone didn’t work and the covers was nasty, pulled sheets back hair was all over the covers. My husband went and asked for more sheets and the front desk told him he had to bring back the others before they gave him more, and they wasn’t any better. We slept in our clothes and was gone by 7 that morning

We liked the pool and the breakfast. It is in need of a remodel.

Clean, friendly staff Breakfast. Not enough food. We arrived late at night and got up at 9 and the food was gone

It takes awhile to get checked in. Great location. Lots of restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, and Target are close. Pool is a good size. Bring your own pillows because theirs it not very comfortable. I like the walk in shower. Breakfast is ok.

Other than that it was ok stay

The convenience of the property was great. It was so close to everything. The property is so outdated. It’s clean, but it needs some upgrades.

Some one else' was in .The room I got was not completely clean .

Everything was great but couldn’t access the pool on our last day for some reason. It was something about chemicals in the pool. My daughter was upset all night because she’s a young swimmer and we only book hotels with pools so she can have her freedom in the water. But other than that it was a great stay.

Convenience in location. A pain to get out and on to the main road with traffic. Definitely needs its own exit. The morning staff By the name of Nicole, proceeded to attempt to violate my HIPPA rights by demanding I tell her my medical information regarding my service animal. I expressed I could show the documentation and what function he provides and she demanded my diagnosis etc. very rude and did not want to give back my $100.00 cash deposit. I usually enjoy my stay with the Choice hotels however I wouldn’t dare book at this location again especially if this person is still employed. It displayed a level of ignorance that is simply unhinged.

The rooms were dirty .. people were running down the hallway and hanging . After I check in I check out 12mins later . This place was nasty . The customer service was great but the atmosphere was terrible.

Loved just the smooth and warm welcome of the staff Not many towels but was able to ask for more and we accommodated.

Nice staff. Most of the lights were burnt out in the room, the toilet seat was cracked all the way through.

Room smelled like smoke, very outdated and overpriced.

This property has ample parking, it's close to fast food restaurants, and it has a super friendly staff. The room was a little cramped, but fresh.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hall smelled like marijauna, the ice machine alarmed all night, the laundry that was advertised was broken down.

Room was nice Parking spaces were not the best
