Room was fantastic. We love seeing Mr. Robert at the front desk. He always makes our day!!

The lovely staff was so nice but the one one who made my vacation phenomenal was the breakfast lady definitely made me feel important and like fanily

my air didn’t work in my room my refrigerator i requested a refund

Would not recommend. Room wasn’t cleaned once in 8 days. My TV was blue. The whole screen was blue no matter what you watched. My room was right above the grill so I had to smell the grill constantly. The staff didn’t seem like they cared. I won’t ever stay at this one again.

terrible place, don't stay here management is bad won't return calls and intentionally ignores calls even when they are there

don't stay here, the management sucks, they will cancel your room because "orbitz" is not priority. We booked 2 rooms and they cancelled 1 but we were forced to keep the first one. Now we had to pay full price at some random hotel and drive around everyday between the two hotels. never going here again

I had booked a double bed room but when I arrived, there were no double rooms available. We had to use a pull out bed from the couch that wasn’t very comfortable.

It wasn’t clean and hallways hot and smelled bad. Our reservation for two suites with two queen beds wasn’t upheld because of overbooking I guess even though we booked two months ago. We ended up with one bed and a sofa in both rooms. Not comfortable for our group. And room wasn’t clean.

Friendly staff Nothing

I liked the customer service that was given at the front desk. When we arrived to the room there wasn't a garbage can inside the bathroom. Also there wasn't enough towels inside the bathroom.

We had a great stay. Clean and friendly

The room was very average. The room had a musky smell coming from the carpeting on the floor. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the freezer wasn’t cold due to the temperature gauge in the freezer being frozen.
