The pull out couch mattress was awful. The staff was bothered by any guest asking for anything. It was not worth the price we paid to stay there.

Convenient location to Launder's Arena and restaurants

Needed towel hook/bar next to tub.

There were a couple sticky spots on the carpet, but otherwise, fantastic!!

The parking area was a little tight but we were able to park our automobile in front of our room.

The place was nice. The pool was crowded and we had front desk call and get on to us at 9 am while we were packing to check out.

Great all around

This property is a shining example of what a mid tier hotel should be. Property and rooms impeccably clean. No crappy coffee maker, coffee is made to order machine in lobby. Breakfast top notch, multiple friendly staff smiling and hustling to make it all happen. Nice outside sitting area. Great work all and thanks.

Compliments: staff that I encountered, very friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast, good!!! Hit the spot each morning and plentiful!!! Area: very busy with lots of restaurants of all kinds, shopping, even Dollar Tree/Walmart!!! Close to highway and every now and then, you’d hear the airplanes flying over but never bothered my sleep.

Parking was good. Front desk staff could have been more accommodating. We had ants in our room, the ants got into our food and snacks, front desk did not offer accommodations, however, maintenance came right away to spray.

The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability.
