Clean and quiet.

Not really

Room was clean. We were on the first floor so there was the typical loud noise from guests on the 2nd floor. Everything looked clean and they had 24/7 access to coffee — always a plus. Front desk was a little less than enthusiastic when we checked in, maybe she just had a long day. During checkout there was a sign to drop your room key and go which made that super quick. Overall we would recommend.

Breakfast was good Easy to get to

Breakfast was a little limited in variety.

There bugs in the bed and when I talked to the lady at the front desk she was very rude! Very dissatisfied!

Ms Cherri at the front desk was amazing. Our trip started off with a scheduling conflict, but she went above and beyond to to resolve the issue.

Breakfast was great and fresh,Rooms were very spacious and clean, Staff was great,especially the young lady on the 2nd shift, She has a welcoming smile and I felt very safe no matter where I park.

Everyone was so nice, and it was so clean!

The room was nice, we were able to check in with no problems, got to our room late late in the evening, the thermostat showed the temperature at 73. After four showers and being there for an hour it got to 75 degrees, The AC took the rest of the night to cool the room back to 73. And it was loud. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Locations Room was outdated, door was jammed, towels were dirty. Staff was nonchalant and not very cooperative. Card was charged before I got to the property instead of at property as it was booked to be charged at property. She would not reverse charge and use my preferred card.

Superb

Clean, quiet - we came here after leaving a terrible hotel in the area and this was exactly what we needed.

Hotel is clean however service is poor. Air conditioner cannot change the direction of fan, you cannot sit in front the table as the fan is blowing to you. It is bad. Not good to stay.
