Fairfield Inn Memphis Southaven by Marriott

Just a one night stay with my husband and 2 kids. Room was quiet and clean.

Supposed to have free breakfast, waffle machine was broken the whole week. Fridge was broken so no milk, which means they couldn't put cereal out. Had to buy breakfast every day. Then last night staying there, air conditioner was leaking and soaked the rug. Management SUCKS at responding, left my phone number 3 times at the front desk for them to contact me and nobody did.

Breakfast needs to be till 10:00 my breakfast staff asked me to move out lobby area so she could vacuum and mop cause she had to get up out of there i would not got offended but I was only person in area plenty of other space to clean before asking me to move.

Not worth the money. Pool was filled in so that amenity needs updated on the description. Property is run down and not the most appealing. Staff was super friendly.

Clean but needs updating. The pictures on Booking.com were not the same pictures of the hotel.

Breakfast was good and location was very helpful . Just felt dark and cramped as the hallways were very narrow and rooms small with dark decor. Was clean. Staff nice. A delivery person left at stack 5 foot high of frozen items in the main hallway by the elevator for over an hour and caused blockage for everyone coming and going with luggage plus the question of frozen food sitting out

Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Property list a pool but it has been filled in, was not happy about that.

They have some issues. It wasn’t anything they could control. Management was extremely helpful.

I need a refund . Shower door did not work . Television did not work . I had to change rooms . Please credit my stay . I called corporate to complain .

The hotel was outdated. They put me on first floor and said that they were full. However there was 10 cars total in the parking lot.

Need a better breakfast. Eggs watery sausage dry oatmeal wasn't good
