They are very helpful in service. You have to pay for breakfast and coffee.

Pool Didn’t have enough hand towels, asked them to put some in my room they said ok, but 7 hours later I had to walk down to get them.

The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.

Clean, smelled good, minus the folks outside smoking weed. The beds might have been the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in.

Pool was out of order but the hot tub worked. We were allowed to use outdoor pool across the way at the Residence Inn. The staff there was phenomenal!

I wouldn’t know they canceled on us at 5 pm the same day we were to check in!?

We’d also recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse which was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Excellent food and highly recommended.

Love my stay here! The safe was so helpful and welcoming. And the area felt very safe and had a bunch of good food! I will be staying here again when I come back at the end of the month!!!

The only thing I didn't like is I had booked my room 4 days in advance when I got there they told me they couldn't find my reservation and it was confirmed on booking.com but when I gave her the confirmation and everything she was like she didn't see it but ended up charging me and she said if they didn't refund my money to let her know but everything went great I didn't get charged twice my money was sent back to my card but other than that the staff and stay was really nice I would book again
