Per usual, great overnight stay. Young woman at desk was particularly helpful and pleasant.

The room was clean and staff very friendly!
-
Nice friendly staff. Rooms were clean despite the age of the property.

They gave me a room that was not even clean and let me check in the room. It was so nasty. Everything about the room was nasty

I thought the room would be nicer for the price. We still had trash in our room when we arrived. There was light from the hallway that came in overnight from all sides of the door, not a safe feeling. Night desk person seemed inconvenienced to check us in and no information about the hotel or breakfast was given. The morning staff however was very friendly. Overall an ok stay for the night, but wouldn’t stay again if traveling through.

We requested two connecting rooms for our large family. When we arrived in the evening I was happy they accommodated our request. One of the rooms however had not been cleaned from earlier in the day. She beds had no sheets, the towels were all over the bathroom counter. We went to lobby to speak with the manager. She was mortified and apologetic. Since the cleaning staff was gone for the day , they had to give us another room. The new room was clean the way it should be but we no longer had connecting rooms.

Good stop over

Very unimpressed with this property as the pool appeared unclean, they were out of towels and 18 families couldn’t get clean towels: also my room 213, was unusable due to soaking wet floors from a leaky AC. The hotel was unable to provide me with a replacement room of the same standard (two beds) which was a hug problem for my entire group as we were there for a family reunion. Although the staff was friendly and apologetic it still sucked becomes the issues went unresolved.

This property is worn but there are signs, at some time, it was kept up properly. Our room door wouldn’t close without a strong push and pull. The front desk was very nice and moved us to a better room. The room still has carpet and the a/c leaked water in the room and the carpet was very wet. Also the shower curtain smelled very musty that we washed it and sprayed our bathroom with room deodorizer. The towels were soft and the tv was hard to use.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff who were sweet as can be to my service dog.
-
The door stuck and was very hard to open. THE SHEETS DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE COFFEE DID NOT FIT INTO THE COFFE MAKER. THE TRAY WAS OVER SIZED. THE COFFEE WAS LOSE IN THE ENVELOPE. THE IRONING BOARD COVER WOULD NOT STAY ON THE IRONING BOARD. ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME.

Very good

First of all, the second floor was flooded because of the rain that was coming through the roof and the third floor. I was told I reserved two beds in reality. I reserved one queen bed and a pullout couch for four adults. Also, it was Memorial Day weekend and they represented the pool being open and it was not a matter of fact, it had a cover over the top of it. Cost me $500 for two nights to stay here. I will never stay here again.
