The room had a weird smell when we walked in, there were stains on the curtains and walls. The hooks to hand clothes were broken. In the bathroom the shower curtain rod was broken. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds and got a room with 2 Full beds. Horrible stay will not stay again.

The property was very run down and need of repairs especially the room we stayed in. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train coming through the room when it came on. The first night people were very loud in the hallways all night. The second night was alittle better. The breakfast was pitiful at 7:30am they were out of everything. Will never stay at one of the hotels again.

We didn’t stay. Not long after check in, we were in our room when a roach started crawling across the pillow. We left immediately.

Very clean but broken shower rod and faucet in shower. Loud AC unit and lots of noise coming from outside hallway and other rooms. Unnecessarily rude breakfast attendant.

Room was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

I booked on the strength of the Wyndham name. We've used them for years so we didn't expect any difference with the Southaven location. The first room they put us in had wet moldy carpet. The smell was awful. Staff quickly moved us to another room across the hall. He had to kick someone's underwear away from the door though. There were smudges and stains on the wall and in the shower. Black mold around the tub faucet and shower bars. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were filthy. Traveling with children can be difficult enough, but to have such poorly maintained accommodations made it harder. Plus, we booked a double room and there was only 1 washcloth.

The rooms are fabulous and I love it.

Shower water faucet was loose and the carpet was still wet from them cleaning them.

Excellent staff, service with a smile.

I didn’t eat breakfast, however the night staff was very polite and professional. Room was adequate and relatively clean. I will stay again.

I didn't like the smell of the room, it smelled like mildew, air conditioner was leaking water, floor was wet,so the room smelled, pillows were dirty and sour, breakfast needs improving

I had to wait almost 40 min for the guy to come back to the desk, because he claimed he was helping another guest, then he argued with me about how long he was gone. I couldn’t cancel my room because I booked it online through hotels.com, that was frustrating.The room smelled like mold and there was mold in the shower at the bottom. The experience overall was terrible!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

This is the worst ever I booked on June 3 and also had booked for the following week after staying June 3 it was so terrible I ask for a refund on the following week manger refused my refund I literally didn’t even care I refuse to check it and lost my money which is way better than my health the place is full of mole and it’s saddening that they will not do renovation after all these complaints
