Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Do not stay here, we did not feel safe.
-
It’s filthy
-
No cold water in the showers, rooms were absolutely filthy, and the AC unit was called in dust.
-
Staff was very attentive to the issue with the room.
-
Only thing that worked was the A/C. Bugs invested the doorway and no other rooms available. Room didn’t seem cleaned in ages. Fridge had water and bugs in it. Toilet didn’t work.
-
My room didn't have a fridge and had a really old tv. The carpets and curtains were stained.
-
Easy access It was dirty and stunk
-
Property is not well maintained. Towels provide were small and dirty. Very thin and light sheets on bed and no blankets. No security… main back door is unlocked.

We didn't know this place is a high drug traffic and crime area. Its an embarrassment to Expedia. There have been drug bust in the rooms. We found all this out after registering. We left and Ended up going to a much better and safer feeling hotel. Too late to get our money back.

Absolutely nothing The room was very dirty. The “breakfast included” did not exist. The parking lot was very dark and felt unsafe. The tub was dirty, the mini fridge was unplugged and didn’t work. We reserved two nights and did not return for the second night.

As we gathered our belongings and were walking out of the hallway we noticed the roof was leaking. Water was dripping down the walls… The gentleman at the checking desk was understanding and helpful. I have not been in such an unclean and sketchy room since I was in European hostels. This place needs to be closed, seriously addressed, and reopened.

I'm not staying here again.

Hotel is in good condition and will need a major update, could use brighter colors and update current furniture and modernize the bathroom

My room was never cleaned/resupplied after my first night of 2. The towels were like sandpaper. For whatever reason the refrigerator in the room was unplugged. There wasn't a lock on the sliding glass door going to the outside. There was ANY sort of breakfast although one was mentioned of the webite. The soda machines were out of order. All in all, this wasn't a very pleasant experience.

The only thing good about the property was the locating being 30 minutes from the Watkins Glen Raceway. That’s why I picked the place. It seemed like a good price for the race weekend compared to in town motel/hotel rates. Do I have a character max here??? The entire building is FILTHY. I understand it being an older structure, but when is the last time it had a deep clean? How is it still operating? It seemed more of a place to live for most people rather than living on the streets than a motel for short stays while visiting New York. And those people staying there were not considerate AT ALL of those staying in a room while visiting the state. Two rooms down from us blasted their music whatever time they felt like it, even at 5 in the MORNING, shouting, slamming doors. It was almost impressive how much noise one person could make at a time. Outside of our room, the halls had a horrible stench, obvious smokers, which whatever, but does staff even try and make the place smell good? No air fresheners, didn’t seem ventilated well at all, hallway carpets dirty and probably holding in the stench. The stairwells, (minus the mud because of weather) were gross. Stains, markings, gum. Inside our room, carpets stained and dirty, markings and dirt on the walls, dust EVERYWHERE. I could walk up to pieces of furniture, swipe my finger and pick up thick dust. Dirt and dead bugs along the window. Dirt and grunge within the bathroom floor. We had half a bottle of shampoo/conditioner so they weren’t replenished. And because of how gross the room was, I felt like I needed a second shower after I got out. Maybe the bed sheets were at least fresh.

Staff was very polite and gave ammenities when needed. No breakfast. Blaming it on covid. Everyother place we stayed during our travels had breakfast. Should not show as an offering on website if they are not offering.
