Great location for our drive back to Canada from the World Cup. Great staff at the front desk. Room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast was a good start to the day.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly. There’s a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious and the staff there friendly as well. Outdoor swimming pool and continental breakfast. It is less than five minutes away from the mall and Walmart. Next time I go to New York, I will definitely be staying there again!

A dreary, out-dated building and furnishings in my room were depressing. Could not get ac or even a fan to operate. Windows very dirty. The bed was lumpy but the room was quiet. The staff was very nice. The breakfast room was was clean and the food adequate. The coffee was surprisingly good. I felt I overpaid for this stay.

Comfortable bed, good location but climate control doesn't work and faculties need modernizing as it feels and looks like 40 years ago . Climate control doesn't work and so exhaust fan in the bathroom .

Def avoid. Rooms were not clean, shower does not drain. Just to wash my face, the water was already up to my ankles. Asked them to fix the drain the following day and they did not. The one hook in the bathroom was falling off, doesnt even hold the towel up. The furniture were peeling, half the outlets didn't even work. The pillows were so thick, it strained my neck. Had to hike the next 2 days with a stiff neck. And the breakfast was very poor with barely any variety. The coffee was not hot, the creamers and jams provided were mediocre, barely any fruit. Just apples and toast. Only good thing was they had a waffle maker.

This was not a good stay for my fiancée and I. First things first, our room key didn’t work right after checking in. It happens. However, the hotel is hard to get around if you don’t know the layout and the hallways did not have a great smell. We finally got into our room, which we were told was non-smoking, and were greeted with a smell of stale cigarette smoke. We had to keep the window open while we were in the room. It was very cold in Horseheads this weekend, so that was not ideal at all. The ceiling also had suspicious brown and yellow stains directly over the bed. The furniture was dusty, dirty, and had streaks on it. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned. The toilet had marks in it and the tub was so gross my fiancée and I reluctantly showered in our flip flops on the last night of our stay. For Memorial Day weekend, and how busy the hotel seemed when we booked, “we have two rooms left for your dates”, the condition of the room was not what we expected. Will not be staying here again when we come back next year.
