Motel 6 Hot Springs, AR

The room and property looked NOTHING like the pictures. The door to our room had obviously been broken into, There was no way to lock the door besides the on the door knob. There were no "amenities". The pool was dirty. The bed...OH MY GOODNESS..IT WAS A PROBABLY 30 YEARS OLD...ABOUT 6 INCHES THICK AND HAD SPRINGS. YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS WHEN LAYING ON IT. It was AWFUL. We literally had to get up out of bed at 6-7 am just because it hurt too bad to lay on it any longer. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Our neighbors toilet was clogged when they checked in and the front desk told them to come get a plunger and plunge it. HORRIBLE

Very good

It was an older property but clean and well maintained. No leaks/drips/etc in the room. The mini-fridge, microwave, tv all worked perfectly. No hair dryer or coffemaker in the room, but they had hot coffee and good creamer in the office all morning. No free breakfast but the no fees for your dog more than compensated for that. Lake is right across the street. I did not find any access points but did not look super hard either. Would recommend, esp for a traveler on a budget ;-)

Needs upgrades to rooms. Ice machines down and uncomfortable beds

Location was the biggest plus of this place! Dog hair was on our bed sheets when we turned them back and in sheets! We didn't have any fur babies with us!

Clean and quiet

The 1st night was great the 2nd night we could not take a shower the water was off so we are supposed to get a refund for the 2nd night we stayed. No water

There were roaches on the walls and in the beds. As soon as we walked in we walked right back out to the front desk. She moved us in a different building in a different room (the motel worker was extremely nice and helpful, this was not her fault) the second room appeared a little cleaner but the next morning none the less a roach was running across the floor. We checked out early with no solution to our issue. Will not be back

Great location near the water.

The property was maintained well, pool was clean, there are nice views of the lake and is tucked away just off the road in a quiet neighborhood. Employees were cheerful and helpful. I would recommend. Good value for the price.
