Cons were holes in wall in the bathroom and not clean bedding
-
The lady at the front desk was very cordial. The room, however, was in desperate need of a makeover. There were stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the bed cover. Walls were damaged. It’s not a bad place but it needs help.

Everything was nice. Wish it had ice and breakfast and coffee in room.

I arrivede wioth my 3 children after a 5 hour drrive. TRhe room was dirty and smelled of cigtgerett5e smoke. There was a no smoking sign on the door but there were ashtrays in the room. The pool was not operatable, which i had asked when I called the day before and was told it was. They had no idea when it would be. I hve callede several times to get my refund for the other 3 days and can not get any assistance. Its a shame that the motel is ran down and dirty. Its in a beautiful area and could hgave so much potintal. There were 2 reservations made for the same days and time as a mistake in booking. When I give my reservation numbere they tell me it cant be found. I have called 2/3 times to fix theis and no reply yet. I would appreciate this matter to be taken care of immediately.

Beds were clean is the positive.
-
It was a pleasant place, not rowdy and family oriented.

Floor in room has some white wax stain. One towel was on the bathroom floor when we arrived. We were put into building C and it didnt feel as safe. Towels and bedsheet doesnt feel fresh. The only thing I like is the balcony. Ice machine in every building is out of order.

The response we received was incredibly disappointing. The front desk employee showed very little empathy or concern and offered minimal acknowledgment of the situation. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any form of assistance, the employee immediately shifted the blame to a manager, stating they were unavailable. We never even asked to speak with a manager, we simply wanted the hotel to take the report seriously and respond appropriately. Beyond that, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The room did not feel clean, the hotel itself had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, clunky, and disruptive throughout the night. When paying for a hotel room, guests should reasonably expect a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, along with staff who handle serious concerns professionally. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. I would not recommend staying here, especially considering the price

The room was good, clean and cool when we got there. The second day house keeping never came to our room no fresh towels and when I called the front desk the girl had just came onto work so she didn’t know why our room wasn’t cleaned and house keeping was already gone so my husband had to go to the office to get bath linens which they didn’t give any wash cloths. But all in all it was ok for the price we paid. Also there were extension cords with different things plugged into it laying on the box spring of the bed.

There were water issues on Saturday, causing the water to be cut off to all the rooms, and my mom was not informed as she was checking in. We did get refunded for the room for that day and went elsewhere, but ended up having to spend 190 more since hot springs was booked up so that was unpleasant. I honestly would not have left this review and would have went on about our life, but since the manager told her front desk staff that if mom left a bad review it was a felony and she would go to jail. I decided to exercise my rights of freedom of speech and the fact that giving a review bad or good is indeed not against the law. So the positive is the room smelled clean, but in the end you get what you pay for.

-
Huge security issues! Front desk could not connect my husband to my room and also told him my room number without being asked. Was a single women checking in during the evening and my room number was said outloud for all guests to hear. Room smelled and was damp even with constant fan running. Carpet should be removed, didn't feel clean
