Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs On the Lake

They purposely put us on the 4th floor saying that they were fully booked when out in the parking lot there were only 14 cars. Our room also looked into the parking lot not at the lake seeing as we were the only one on the 4th floor. No doggy bags available no place to relieve my dog. If you are not dog friendly I wouldn't have stayed.

Nice view from balcony. Faucet in tub didnt want to stop running and when we got to the room the tub had water in it. Other than those minor things everything was great; room was clean, facility was clean, plenty of parking and neighborhood was quiet.

Great hotel!

The pool was filthy. It was green. The room was old and shabby for the amount of money. It cost was really below par. Front desk Staff was very nice. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel needs updating. Everything just looked dirty.

Turtles Trashy outdoor furniture and furniture stacked outside the end of the building made it hard to say it was well cared for.

The room was huge but layout made no sense. Tv was on top of a broken dresser on one side of the room instead of I front of the bed and there was an extremely stained sofa in the room that was unnecessary. Bottles of shampoo & conditioner on wall in shower were empty and tissue holder also empty. Didn’t get to try free breakfast because it was so crowded

Overall for the price and the view I can’t complain to much but the toilet didn’t work most of the time and the room was not fully clean (the persons soap was still open in the shower from before me) the desk was falling apart and the fridge was sticky. The fridge also leaked on the floor which is probably why there was damage to the desk. The picture kept falling off of the wall. There was also a very loud water rushing noise that kept happening and woke me up a few times throughout the night Just a few things that happened.

Nothing really Room 220 was disgusting. Move to 106, it was better but stillVery dirty behind beds and furniture. lights outside were off, so even though the pool was open til 10pm, you really can stay out there once it's dark. Breakfast was not really good. Warm stuff, but it all tasted funny. Such a pretty view but can't enjoy at night. Sad because with a few changes it could be nice. Better cleaning,

The complimentary breakfast area was also unsanitary. Countertops were covered with food debris, a gravy spoon sat on the counter covered in gravy, food containers were nearly empty, and the inside of the juice machine was visibly filthy when an employee opened it to refill it. Because of these conditions, my family and I left and paid for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Clean rooms and sheets with updated appliances and furniture that’s not deteriorating.

Love that it was by the lake. Rooms were old and in need of much work and upgrades. The staff was nice and accommodating by switching us to other rooms.

Lake view and pool. Grass was not maintained at all. Nice stay.
