Great clean room very quiet area. The staff was helpful and a nice place to stay close to the lake.

Some local restaurants ( easy to get Ubers if want to go to hot springs city -15mins)

The chocolate chip cookie at check in was a special touch. Nice area, loved the pool and lounge areas. Next time, I want a room with a lake view and balcony. The lake is beautiful.

Very nice peaceful place

Front Desk Harrison and I got off to a rocky start because I was having issues with shower stopper that Jeff kept closing when I was trying to to shower and I had water up to my ankles. I went to desk and he said he would put in a maintenance order in the morning but I was leaving the next day. I needed help then. He got really frustrated when I told him that that was very nasty to stand in water to shower. He didn’t want to change my room and he said he needed to step away and take a break and just left me standing there very unprofessional. I went to my room to contact someone about the service I was receiving. I got frustrated myself because I felt he didn’t care about my needs. He did have a few people that he was checking in and I guess he was frustrated about that too. I started talking with online chat, he then came in comments and said I could come back down and that he would change my room. He was nice at this time and very helpful and even asked if he could help with my items he looked at the tube stopper also. It’s all about communication, greet people with a smile when they come in because you never know what a person is going through. It’s a great and I will book again. Prayers for you Harrison

This place was perfect great location , very clean and kept property

beautiful hotel by the lake. It was very clean and quiet, the rooms are big and all rooms have a nice view. There are many places nearby to eat and easy to get to. Very quiet during the day and night. Very clean.

We will definitely try to stay when we go back to Hot Springs

Clean room, helpful staff, loved the pool and location

I went to get ice 9PM to find this out. The frige didn't have a freezer. It looks good from the outside but, it wasn't worth the price we paid for Lakeview balcony. The pool sign said it closed at 11 pm. We were told to get out of the pool at 10:00 pm. We won't stay there again. We've stayed in other places in Hot Springs for the 22 years and had better accommodations.
