It was fair. However. Will not be back

At approximately 2:00 a.m., I pulled back the comforter on my bed and discovered numerous visible stains covering it. Hoping it was an isolated issue, I checked the comforter on the second bed, and it was also covered in stains. It was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk later that day. The bedding was replaced, but no one could tell me what the stains were. By that point, I had already spent the night sleeping under visibly stained bedding. And, I’m not talking about a spot or two, I am talking about huge brown stains. We were utterly disgusted, uncomfortable, and questioning the cleanliness of the room. What has been even more disappointing is how this was handled afterward. I called and emailed the manager (twice) but never received a response. No apology, no follow-up, and no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, I received an email asking me to leave a review. Mistakes happen. How a hotel responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this property failed on both cleanliness and customer service. I expected much better from a DoubleTree and cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.

To start the staff was amazing and the rooms so clean .

Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.

Clean and friendly staff. The pool sander was down, but that didn’t change our plans. Very nice location overlooking the lake.

Nice clean rooms, good location, on the water with boat ramp, free delicious cookies Pool area and pool not the best if has 4 kids in it not enjoyable to small.

Lake side view is fantastic and good for the price. Amazing and friendly staff, property is kept very well maintained and clean. Lots of stuff to see and do on the property and it's a ten minute drive from Downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. 12/10 highly recommend, I'll definitely be back later this year

Great location and very good staff! They all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything! The bartender even served us a drink with about 5 minutes before they closed.

Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional.

Based on the reviews I had read from previous customers, the service was improved. Smelled bad. Hole in the bathroom door. Nasty moldy patch in the bathtub. How is it that a property managed by Wyndham has only cereal and granola bars as a breakfast choice?
