Bartender was amazing! Front desk was a little slow but he was by himself. The pool very clean, large and beautiful. Front door key pad did not work so front doors locked without a way to get in later at night. it was a little inconvenient but hopefully they get that fixed soon. Beds comfortable! Room beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Close to everything!

The hotel was really nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight issue with our air conditioner and they resolved it quickly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, but I was very disappointed that the pool was not clean. It had a lot of algae in it and we specifically booked this hotel for the pool. Other thing I think is very off-putting that they put bottled water in your room, but there’s a tag on it saying that they charge three dollars a piece. They could just keep it out of the room if it’s not complementary to all. Also, the view of the lake was actually just a view of construction.

This hotel was recently remodeled so it’s in good shape and the finishes are current. Lots of plugs where you need them. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Great mattresses and nice linens like you’d find in a higher priced hotel. Nice views of the lake. I’d stay there again and would recommend it to others.
