Bathtub had pubic hair in the shower on wall, bedspread had a stain in the middle of it. When I pulled down the sheets to go to bed there was long black hair at least 8 inches. I complained to the front desk and was assured that the room would be cleaned thoroughly the next day. I went and bought disinfectant and sprayed everything heavily before sitting on anything. We also noticed that our window was left several inches open when we got there. The smoke detector was missing, the top to the coffee pot was missing, and the hair dry dryer switch was broken so it only blew on low heat. The second day we came back to the hotel expecting things to be taken care of. Wrong! We saw the cleaning crew working in our hall even next door but we received no house keeping at all. I confronted the man at desk and he told me he did not have staff to change sheets daily but if I wanted to change my own sheets he would get me a set and I could do it myself. I told him I was told last night what had happened and what had been promised. After I said I would call corporate he said I could call and talk to his manager if I wanted but he didn’t have anyone there that day that could change out sheets. An hour later my husband and I get a knock on the door and the housekeepers from upstairs have been called in to come change the bed etc. I almost cried when they pulled off the sheets and I saw what all was on the bed cover. In the middle of the bed looked like dried minstrel blood.

Very noisy at night loss of sleep

There was a $100 fee, that was not mentioned. The TV channels were all messed up, had to pay for the WiFi. The breakfast was not what one would consider to be a full breakfast.

It was perfect for our weekend stay. It is very close to any stores or restaurants . The staff was the best ever and we do travel. It is an older hotel, but a good one.

The night manager was very rude to all of us. We,10 of us, stayed for 2 nights, the 17th and 18th of July, checked out on the 19th. We weren’t allowed to sit in the lobby but once we got outside in the bbq pit area, the cockroaches were so bad that we couldn’t even sit out there. The rooms were not very clean either. We asked for a refund but was denied that

Good stay, needs a lot of upgrades to the rooms

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y no parecen viejas, pero el resto de hotel deja mucho que desear (pasillos, ascensor, etc) estaban bastante deteriorados y sucios

Breakfast was a joke… No towels or wash clothes.. Coffee maker was broke and getting a new one was like pulling teeth… Very disappointed in this property… Getting refund on your $100.00 room hold is seeming impossible as well… Avoil this property at all cost

When I parked and pulled in, went to the counter met the guy behind the counter by the door, asking what I was here for I was kind of rude. Did not feel like it was very welcome at the time. A hotel room was very nice. Look like it’s been remodeled. Everything was good from now on out didn’t tell me what time breakfast was or anything of that kind. I had to come down to find out which opened up at 5am. Had to put $100 deposit which I don’t understand why I had to do that makes no sense since the other Super 8 and malvern, Arkansas only had $50.

Very good

Aging facility. Good enough for passing through Hot Springs. Breakfast offerings left a bit to be desired.

Your better off going to the Waffle House across the street for breakfast. Microwave didn't work in my room, told the front desk clerk she wrote it down no one came to check nor replaced it. Hotel is really clean. Morning and afternoon clerks were weirdos but the evening clerks were nice and welcoming.

Rates was good Room service should clean and collect towels every day No extra bathroom near breakfast Location not safe

The desk clerk (which I assumed was one of the owners) gave me another room which was much better. I appreciate the fact that he gave me a another room (after I asked for it), but I was turned off by the fact that they would actually try to rent the room with tub looking that disgusting. This is the first time this has happened to me at THIS particular motel, but it has happened to me far too often at similar small owner franchisee motels. Family owned small businesses like this know EXACTLY what the condition of each room is. As an African American, I can't help but wonder if they give out rooms in good condition or crappy condition based on what you look like. I am not generally suspicious of such things or overly sensitive, but given the frequency in which this happens, I can't help but wonder if I would have been given that room if I was White. As a fellow small business owner, I certainly understand the need to sometimes handle repairs yourself to save money, but not by presenting a product or service to customers that is unacceptable.

Nice having a pool to cool off in. Like that it is located close to things but not in the thick of it. Melinda was super friendly. Pool rules were contradicting. Giant hole in the hallway. Was told my reservation was in jeopardy due to booking.com's card was declined when hotel tried to run it. Several pillows and sheets had possible blood stains on them.
