Located well, secure and tidy I had requested gluten-free bread at breakfast and there was none as promised. Also, I could use a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, and there was none.

We had a medical emergency during our stay ant the staff was amazing throughout the entire trip. We felt completely safe and comfortable and we had teenagers with us. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hot Springs and want to stay on a budget! Candy and Peggy are exceptional people and will make you feel right at home.

The location was okay if you didn’t want to stay close to downtown. I thought it was a little expensive. You could tell they took an old facility and tried to modernize it, but it was just okay. Nothing exceptional
