Hampton Inn Hot Springs

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Hot Springs this weekend was absolutely amazing! The staff were informative and courteous and helpful and total rock stars! The room was super clean and spacious.

Great, got the job done. Clean and perfectly adequate. Nice breakfast attendees/staff.

Was a wonderful experience. Was a clean room not even dust. Breakfast was General but good enough! Staff was Sweet and Kind. Not a bad place to stay over all with children. Loved the pool. Everything was up to par for me. No complaints.

Always consistent, Hampton Inn is my go to. Only 4 stars this time because the pool was down for maintenance and the kids were bummed. Would definitely go back! The staff was super friendly!

The room was clean and quiet. The location was great and was easy drive where we wanted to go.

The only thing was wifi connection was not as good but that's ok because hospitality made up for it

Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was pretty good. As the food got low, the cooks continued to bring more food. That was a plus. They also made sure to check on each visitor. Shout out to Ms. Peggy! I didn’t like the air conditioning in my room. The room was very stuffy. It seems like there was an issue with the unit. The hotel staff did offer the opportunity to have someone from maintenance to stop by, I declined. They were willing to ensure they went over and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was good. Location not great. Price was a lil high. Our air conditioner leaked, so our floor was wet Price! The pool could have stayed open longer!

Need to offer some type of wifi. We was from out of state and had a hard time getting locations to laod on our phone

This property was very nice. The room was huge and had jet bathtub and big walk in shower that we loved. The bed was nice and firm which is good for my back. I brought my own pillow but my husband said that their pillow were kind of flat. Loved the pool it was a great temperature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. I would have liked it more if the had scrambled eggs. And the last thing was I wish the have cable TV. I like certain shows I could watch because the only have streaming networks. Which isn't bad I'm just used to cable !

Nice location, quick drive to downtown. Staff was professional, and interactive. The faucet in the bathroom was not connected to the sink. Once reported we were assured it would be fixed.

Had trouble with noise from upstairs and was able to be moved to a different floor.
