The breakfast is very good, and there are lots of things to do nearby.

The breakfast was OK. Staff working the breakfast was not attentive to details. The cleaning of the breakfast area is fair. The desk staff is very nice and attentive. The entire location is humid. Our room and bedding was very damp. The dampness is very uncomfortable; the floors and surfaces and the bedding are damp. There are many good things about this location, but the dampness and humid conditions within the actual physical building will cause us to never consider staying here again. The breakfast was OK. Highly recommend. The facility and room are extremely clean. The front desk staff and breakfast server were all friendly, accommodating, and kind. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of foods, including healthy options such as oatmeal, fruit, nuts, eggs, and turkey sausage. No complaints at all. Facility and staff are great!

It was clean. Good placement. Everything I was looking to have when I got there it had. The tv in my room was the biggest technical difficulty I’ve experienced in a hotel room. It kept resetting. Turning off. Restarting. Turning off … repeat. But other than that, great stay. Thank you.

Nice place but no bel hop or valet parking. We are seniors and my is in a wheelchair.

Very clean. Comfortable. Modern Handicap parking was at the end of the building instead of close to the door. No awning to park under to check in which made it a little more unpleasant since it was raining. And the tv was on the wall by bathroom door making it where you had to watch it sideways which was uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and the pool was great. Breakfast hours are too short. Breakfast ends at 9 but checkout is at 11. I shouldn't have to wake up at 7:3] or 8 to eat breakfast. We came down at 8:50 and most of the food was gone. Also the sleeper sofa*s mattress is too thin and flimsy. The kids hated it.

Nice hotel very clean super friendly staff

There was a long red hair in the waffle batter. When I brought it to the one at the desk. She stated it's not mine, my bad and continued working.

Our stay was great, exactly what we needed. Tracey was the staff member that checked us in and she was so sweet and helpful!

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spotless, customer service was super friendly and they had hot, fresh coffee round the clock. I will definitely stay here anytime I travel to Hot Springs! I had zero complaints!
