I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. The kids were very much looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but that didn’t work out as the smell of chlorine was overpowering and the pool was extremely cloudy- to the point that my children who had brought googles from home - could not see each other underwater - just 4 feet away. We didn’t stay in more than ten minutes due to the level of chlorine causing their skin to get red and itchy and patchy. Food could also not be delivered to the hotel. The wanted to take the children outside to see the firepit the evening we stayed but it was surrounded by a large group of drunk adults. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience especially since the cost was well over $200 for a single night.

Excellent hotel. Clean room. Perfect location.

Everything was great, only one complaint. We stayed on the top floor and immediately when getting off the elevator there was a mildew/wet/ moldy smell. We assumed the carpet had been flooded at some point. The room itself was fine. Just everytime we entered the hall way we were slammed with smell.

Location and value Nothing

Very quiet location off the main road. Clean comfortable room.

Breakfast from Starbucks was good. This was the extra item we paid for. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast available.

The staff was EXCELLENT and so friendly and helpful. everything was great except the temperatures. The room didnt get cold enough and the LOBBY WAS FREEZING. Could not sit in lobby where food was cuz it was too cold.

Close to activities and food. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The sofa bed needs updating you can feel the springs and they are not very clean looking.

Most of the staff were really nice and the hi holdel Well, we didn't get there until about 830 at night, and he said something about the system changing, so he never got our room in the system. So we never got keys. So anytime we needed to go in and out of the room, we had to get a member of the staff to use their card. Come all the way up to the 4th floor and let us in the room. So it's kind of like you were hostage in a room because you didn't want to keep calling the staff back up there to let you in and out. Then, I did not get the room that I paid for I paid for the king one bed suite and just got a regular one bedroom. After holding back twice because I didn't wanna leave the room. I finally had to and go to the car to get something I come back in need to go upstairs. And he told me I had to wait because there was a line which was fine, then I turned around. So I talked to my family and he hollowed my name and said, come on! and I told my family, "y'all give me a second, I'm gonna go up there". I mean, probably about 15 seconds. He goes up and leaves me and so I run to the next elevator to catch him and he never comes to my room. I had to call the front desk and get someone to let me in. It was fixed the next afternoon by someone who was sweet, but they never compensated me from the wrong room since I paid extra. Also, THE COUCH WAS A HARD AS ROCKS

The most important item in a hotel is the bed. Our bed was extremely soft and saggy. . We woke with backs hurting and unrested
