Its a nice hotel but the pictures were a bit misleading. They made it look inviting with its bar and restaurant but everything was closed down when we arrived at 3:00pm and left 10:30am. We hoped to get breakfast before we hit the road but there wasnt a soul around. Pretty depressing. The bed in the ADA room that was the only room available was sunken in leaving an indentation where others laid. It should be replaced. Otherwise, it was a nice room.

Room and common areas were clean. Good location, close drive to the downtown area of Hot Springs. Lake not far, close dining options.

Everything was great! Wonderful hotel experience
-
Breakfast was not included which i was not aware of until we checked in. room would not cool down below 69 degrees and rooms were listed as king size beds all three rooms were queen size beds. Very deceptive and would not use Marriot again for work due to this.
