Good hotel room, loved the jacuzzi room. the juice machine had strange thick juice and the waffle machine was not working. Not great breakfast area and out of coffee the second day. Staff was nice and tried to fix the water dispenser.
-
The staff was polite but I had to ask for room service and then I had to ask for towels because room service didn't leave any. Also a few cockroaches and waterbugs but my room was next to the pool.
-
The beds were comfortable. The towels were thick. Good selection of free channels on TV and you can log into NetFlix. Good restaurants around the property and Walmart is right now on the road.
-
The property is pretty worn down -- the carpet in our rooms was dated and stained, in the hallways it needs to be stretched back out. There was a hole in the duvet on our bed. The mattress on our bed should have been replaced a long time ago. Breakfast was fine, but it has fallen a long way from what Country Inn & Suites was even ten years ago.

We were not able to stay here because their pool was under maintenance. It seemed like it took forever to get someone to help me get a refund. They should have added the information on their website or at least on here to let people know not to book there especially in the heat of the summer if there's no pool available and that's what they're looking for.

The property was in poor condition- old and worn. Several fans were set out in doorways. We had no hot water. Left 2 days early -no compensation or credit was even offered

It was a nice place.
-
The staff was very nice, it wasn't the to bad. The room was ok, furniture was out of date.
-
Had a relaxing time with my daughter did not get around much in town
-
Easy location to Hot Springs National Park. Breakfast had limited options.
-
It was not kept well the carpet was old and not working it was bunched up in many places. Also the mattress was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes not comfortable at all.
-
The staff was very professional and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel looks great on the internet. Probably because they chose the few best pictures and posted them. We booked this for three nights and only stayed one. They did remove the charges for the last two nights and knocked $50 off the price of the one night we stayed. I didnt sleep much, noisy and the smell of Marijuana on our floor. The staff was as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. The pool door lock was broken, windows to the pool were open, and one screen off. Which could allow any person or criminal access to the entire hotel. There were not enough towels, no washrags, no soap or shampoo. There needs to be some serious training in management and customer service skills along with updating and maintenance done to this hotel. Maybe even security measures in some way.

Rooms not clean bad odor.
-
The staff was great but the owners weren't friendly. The hotel needs maintenance all around. Paint chipping, mold spots in the shower , the flooring was coming up ,the pool had WAY too much chlorine, the breakfast was nasty except for the waffles, half the equipment didn't work in the fitness room and it smelled like mildew, the outside property was dirty and you had crazy people hanging around the parking lot after dark....

Rooms were a little dated, but bed comfortable and ac worked great.
-
The couch in our room had bugs coming out of it. We notified the desk clerk. He said they would offer a discount but we had to ho through the 3rd party we booked with. All the vending machines were broken. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I will not be staying there again.
-
Bad news come to find out on the second morning there were bed bugs and a musty smell to the room. They were unable to provide another two queen bedroom so we had to use a single king, which was not ideal for three travelers.
