La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hot Springs

The hotel is badly in need of renovations. The dog area is next to a cliff that is hidden by a narrow row of bushes. No signs up to warn anyone, only saw the cliff once it was light out. No immediate lights on the area. The toilet ran and ran, wouldn’t flush properly. The shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that it would not stay closed. Water on the floor because of it. Also the tub was very slippery, if not for the safety bar, I almost fell down. I would not recommend this location to anyone with animals or children.

We stayed here several times and always enjoyed our selfs. The breakfast is always a plus. We had a different experience this time. Day one some grumpy lady got upset about something and started filming us. Day 2 we woke up at 3 went to the bathroom to find a big ol la cockaroacha crawling round the bathroom. Dude was 3 inches long. We reported it. They said sorry and they would write it down. Never heard anything else. Later that day the toilet stopped up. They offered us a plunger we had to go get it. We wasn't the only ones I guess. Seen plungers laying out side some other rooms. Day three was pretty normal. We had a good run but our la quinta days are behind us.

The king bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and the staff was excellent. The hot breakfast was good, sausage and coffee were excellent. Parking was adequate for the weekend we were there.

The room was good and clean ,well stocked with supplies it just had a dusty smell but other than that I felt like at home.

Everything was fine. Would stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it was very reasonably priced. But when we arrived, it was much more than I expected. The rooms, lobby, pool area, and breakfast area were all very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a good variety of food for breakfast.

There aren’t ice machines on every floor. There were signs everywhere that stated no smoking and it still smelled of cigarette smoke. It smelled of old, stale cigarette smoke in the lobby.

Everything was perfect. I love it.

Close to everything, breakfast was good and a variety.
