Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG

Pool had a fan that oscillated sound levels from jet engine to jet engine take off. Two minutes in pool area we were done. Front desk said “yes, we know”. No apologies :-/ Room nice Bed comfortable good night’s sleep One bed was on a slope for some reason Tilted towards the other bed. Room 412

The hotel was in an easy location to get in and out. We felt safe in this location. We stayed in a double queen room. The room was clean and surprisingly cool when we arrived, which was nice! All the staff we encountered were very nice. My only complaint was the breakfast. It left something to be desired. Also, I got milk which was in a glass pitcher and it had stuff floating in it when I went to drink it. It didn't smell bad, but it wasn't something I was going to drink. Overall, I would stay here again!

The Hotel was pretty clean but if you needed anything like clean towel's, toilet paper And body wash you had to go downstairs to the desk and get the person working the front desk to get for you. I made several trips to the desk. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Pool area was very hot and bathroom in that area were not clean and the toilet was leaking.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. I always stay here when visiting Hot Springs.

Great Breakfast . fantastic coffee, and clean dining room. wanted to swim but it was too hot in the pool room. The reason for a indoor pool is to get out of the extreme heat. Also some people rented the room above us and there was constant running and stomping but i did complain and the desk clerk handled it for us. we were very appreciative of their concern and quick response.

This will be our Forever stay, whenever we travel to Hot Springs! It’s clean, updated, and convenient to everything! And, The Staff is Amazing! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt “Welcomed” the entire stay!

Facilities up to date, very clean, great breakfast with plenty of options. Coffee very good! I especially liked they have drawers in the bathroom to keep your things easily accessible rather than on top of the cabinet next to the sink. We had a suite and there were more than enough tables. Beds were comfortable The location of the TV made it hard to see from the sofa area, and couldn't be turned enough to make it better
