VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT KIDS BANG AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN IN THE ROOM ABOVE US DURING THE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING. BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD. POOL OUT OF ORDER.

Room was messed up lady had me down for one thing and another guy came around and messed up my whole stay with the wrong room

They had different choices for breakfast each day. There was a pool. The staff was helpful and great. The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Bathrooms smelled of mildew. Pool area wasn’t very clean. Dead bugs were all in the lights above.

Excellent place to stay! My girls and I enjoyed our stay! They were happy about the breakfast and they were excited about all the different options to choose from.

After we had an "accident" in one of our beds, I pulled back the duvet to ensure the cleaning staff saw it. Much to my shock and dismay, the cleaning staff simply made the bed without changing the very noticable soiled sheet. It was reported to management. No financial compensation could be offered because we booked through Expedia. The ordeal ruined my mood after a great day of fun vacation stuff.

Clean rooms, awesome staff, delicious breakfast. I'll definitely come back.

All things were okay we were placed in bottom floor!! Above us were very loud and stomping on the floor.

I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.

It smelled clean and appeared clean. There was a small amount of mildew and rust in the bathroom… absolutely no big deal.

For a fresh remodel I think need to back in and redo it all. Gym needs a huge update and swimming pool handle to climb out was not secure. Charles was amazing person to talk too

Friendly staff. Helpful about area. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The check in was smooth. I had the check out date wrong and needed another night and the attendant tried very hard to get us another night. The room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. The laundry was convenient in the building and the front desk had quarters for the machines. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The attendant kept it stocked and clean. Check out was a breeze and we will stay again.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. For future travelers, this is a great option if you’re looking for a clean hotel with large rooms and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again.
