Comfort Inn & Suites Hot Springs Midtown

This hotel was great!! Clean rooms and buildings (inside and out). Staff was so friendly and helpful! Beds and pillows were so comfy! Breakfast was good. I had no complaints about the hotel or the staff! Swimming pool was a little cold but after a day of digging and the heat outside...it felt good! I recommend highly! One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thanks so much!!

From check in to check out staff made it easy they are super friendly the breakfast was AMAZING!!

Looks like it was recently renovated. Staff were very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good, could use more than one Belgian waffle maker, there was always a long wait to use the one they had. But, they ladies kept everything full and we'll supplied. Overall great stay. Would stay there again.

Room was cleaned. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn't so great but doable. Parking was OK! I loved the fact it was walking distance to Texas Roadhouse. Will stay again when visiting Hot Springs.

Very friendly staff, cool air, good breakfast. Around the outside of the tub was black. But over all, everything else was clean.

Everything was great except limited TV channels and the exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.

The only reason we booked this hotel was because the website said there was a game room and a restaurant. Both lies. We wouldn’t have booked it otherwise. The shower didn’t drain well and water was ankle deep, musty smelling.

The whole place was clean & seemed to be well maintained. The staff was very polite & helpful. There was plenty of parking

All staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was so good loved the omelet. One of the quietest hotels we have been to. Texas Roadhouse ( one of the best we have eaten at) and Walgreens in parking lot. Perfect for those small things you forget!

The room was clean, the shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. The washer worked well but the dryer would not even fully dry a small load of clothes. The room was nice and cool. Staff were friendly.

Extremely noisy up until all hours of the night, the sink dripped continuously, the elevator took extremely long times. Constantly people setting in the lobby. It needs alot of renovations. The breakfast was wonderful.

Good stay for a reasonable price. The room was very clean. Staff were very professional and answered every question I had. Pool was a nice amenity, decent size and depth. Breakfast was great. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Everything was in good order. Within walking distance of of texas roadhouse. Parking was congested though and tough to deal with. Breakfast waffles batter was too watery so they steamed apart. Other than that it was decent. Clean place , pool and lobby. Staff were real good.

The property was in a great location very close to downtown.

Hotel was nice, clean and spacious, however, the humidity it the room was so high that everything was damp, including the toilet paper.

Me and my family stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. Every part of our stay was perfect from the staff, room, beds, and breakfast..I will definitely stay here again.

We came for the national park and found the hotel to be just far enough away from downtown to not have to hear the roar of the cars and motorcycles. Quiet/Clean and a good breakfast 10/10

Very clean. Easy access to Main Street. Located on same parking area with wallgreens and Texas Roadhouse, making it very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection.
