Came back to hotel at 10pm and no front desk anywhere and was trying to get a snack and water from snack area. Nowhere to be found.

We only stayed for one night, but we found the area to be convenient. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. The room was clean.

Great stay in Hot Springs. Walking distance to casino.

Room was not clean. Air quality was so bad that it caused us breathing problems. We could not stay in the hotel and had to find other accommodations. Staff was unhelpful and the company refused to refund our room fee.
