Don't let the outside scare you. It is a nice place to stay with clean updated rooms and a great staff.

Staff was super friendly and it’s a good location if you’re going to the casino or racetrack. We stayed there because it was dog friendly, but we stayed away in the back and the closest grass was a long way on the front of the property. There was a little dog area, but it was quite a walk. The hotel was a little dated and old. initially it was kind of iffy of even if I wanted to stay there or not but all the guests that were there were very friendly and I didn’t see anybody that looked shady. It was inexpensive. The room was clean, but very basic nothing fancy soap and shampoo. It had a mini fridge in a microwave. It’s safe for the money. It wasn’t the nicest place around, but it wasn’t the worst either again good location.

Conveniently located

On the Main Street in Hot Springs. It’s a motel with dirty windows and old outdated room. I actually decided not to stay at the property but paid for the night.

Very clean, breakfast was amazing, pool was clean! Spread out - but not horrible.

Great place for a concert event!

It is right across from Oaklawn Park, casino and event center. The rooms were clean. It is an older property.

The location good breakfast and friendly staff loved the dog Park! Well we were in back 40 of hotel and it may have been for dog friendly ppl. It was quiet though.

Across the street from Oaklawn Casino. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! Can't beat the location if you are spending time at Oaklawn. Saw the pool but didn't have time to use it but it looked awesome. Breakfast was good. But, I was told it would be phenomenal and it fell short for me. It was pretty good though. They need to fix or quit using the juice machine as it is going to ruin the carpet on the stairs, it was just spewing out the back and they had towels down but it was not catching it. I would definitely return to this motel.
