This is our second time staying here. We will most likely be staying here next summer as well and we do long trips so we either do four days or even a week but the staff has always been amazing. Always enjoyed our time all we here we just love the atmosphere highly recommend see the staff next year is going to be exciting because they just treat us so well ! The rooms are clean. Staff is amazing, kitchen useful, air conditioning is always blowing cold which is great. Also they are probably a 7 to an 8 minute drive into the little town center literally recommend.

Hotel was quiet and clean.

The bath tub did not drain very well at all so showering, you will be standing in a tub full of water. Also the lotion bottle was full of soap which I didn’t know and had to shower all over again. Walls very thin. Heard the people in the next room very clearly.

The bed was so comfy I slept like a rock! Staff was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

The room smelled bad of dog smell bed was so tiny! Other than that it was great the bathroom was so clean! The staff was amazing!

The room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, it’s in a great location between Lake Hamilton and Down Town Hot Springs. I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice property, super helpful/kind/professional staff, but the amenities are lacking at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again just on the basis of no breakfast provided. Options offered to purchase are mediocre at best.

Great hotel! Loved the kitchenette.

Everything was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and everything was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We try to stay here every time we visit Hot Springs, which is often.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay.

The manager on duty was very nice and helpful. All of the appliance worked well and they were well kept. The room was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was so quiet and the staff were super friendly!
