Comfort Suites near Hot Springs Park

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Bathtub wasn’t draining well and wasn’t fixed while we were there and showerhead was old and sprayed wierd, but that was the only issue we had. Nice stay otherwise.

Was there from Friday till Sunday and the cleaning staff NEVER cleaned the room or brought towels, nothing. For $222 a night I need it clean and well maintained. Over 6 guest complained about shower or hot tubs not draining in their rooms. NO MAINTENANCE STAFF ON DUTY was the desk answer.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Only concerning this is that we had a middle aged drunk man following us to our room on the 3rd floor when calling down to see if they had cameras and anyway that we could feel safer. We were told there are no working cameras and they wouldn’t be able to identify the man unless they saw him in person.

The hotel is a bit older and a little more worn down, but the staff were very nice and accommodating and worked hard to keep the facilities nice. The coffee and breakfast aren’t anything fancy, but it filled us up for the daily adventures.

This was a nice smaller wonderful hotel. It was one of the quietest hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very nice. If one of the house keepers met you in the hall they always smiled and spoke. Very easy checkout and liked the location.

This was top tier for the price. A beautiful and clean property with amazing breakfast! The staff were all so friendly and professional. We will definitely be back when in the area!

the room is in first floor which's isn't updated and quite old. the staff is okay. breakfast isn't the best, but okay to fill up in morning. and the hot tub has too much chlorine.

This is the best Comfort Inn in Hot Springs. The one down the street is trash.

The stay was great. Everyone was nice, the hotel was nice, it was clean. Just a few things that need improved. The breakfast was just alright. The bathtub in our room had a drip that wouldn’t stop and splattered on the floor. I cannot be certain the linen was washed? It felt clean and all that, but we found a little toy that wasn’t ours in the bed.
