Beautiful view, spacious rooms, kid friendly

The staff was so helpful. We enjoyed our room and the pool. Kitchen was very helpful.

Fully stocked kitchen. Cool wall bed. Beautiful lake view. Super pretty koi pond. It was a perfect place to destress and escape from everyday life.

We would have left but we had plans and live an hour away and everything els was booked up around us so we had no choice but to stay … Truly the most nasty dirty room … These pictures are of both rooms ! I’ve ever stayed in … The floors and carpet and bed and everything was just flat out dirty it smelled like smoke and dirt and mildew!

Very old and dirty. Furnishings and bathroom straight from 1970. Tiny old tv. Ants in bathroom. Soapdish in bathroom with old used soap from previous guest. Very misleading listing. I almost expected the ghosts of Al Capone and other Hot Springs prohibition era gangsters to appear in my room—I’m sure it’s similarly appointed as rooms were back then, and they would’ve felt right at home. However, what do you expect for $89?

The studio room with multiple beds was a bit misleading. One bed is a double Murphy bed and the other is a couch bed. Very crowded and not the nicest room. But the price was right for our last minute trip.

I love the scenery and the bridge outside was a little shaky

Staff was great, sadly no breakfast but the water was great. The hotel is a little old and it shows age in the rooms and the beds aren't the most comfortable but they were clean. Loved the stay and I would stay again for sure.

Nice staff. Restaurant is by the pool stays busy. Reservations might be necessary. Overall, great experience!

The room was nice and the view was perfect will stay there again

We spent most of our time sitting on the private terrace which lead out to the water. The Resort was bustling with lake activity, children playing in the play area, people fishing from various places off the docks, yet quiet, peaceful , serene. Be sure to visit the Backporch cafe which stays open til 10PM. Ask for Lee’s section. He was a wonderful server.

The beds was cheap, the balcony door lock did not function, the plug receptacles were poorly placed, the lights was poorly placed, no water to drink or coffee in the room. Didn't appear to have been upgraded to modern times.

The villa that I booked was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to assist me with all my needs and questions. I will be making this my go to place when I am in Hot Springs.

This property was older, but it was still in good condition. It had a great view of the lake. Property location was convenient to all the fun that Hot Springs has to offer.

Overall stay and hospitality was excellent!

It was not a good experience at all. My four year old granddaughter had a chest of drawers and the tv that was sitting on the chest of drawers turned over on her within 30 minutes after we arrived. Because the chest of drawers was not anchored into the wall--it turned over when she had three of the six drawers opened while putting her clothes in the drawers. Luckily it was just minor bruising. My daughter was more upset than my granddaughter. The room was not clean at all and there were ALOT of ants in the bathroom. It looked like maybe homeless people were residing under the steps outside. It was not worth the 163.00 that I was charged! I do NOT recommend this place at all.
