I've been here for 4 years. I work in downtown Houston. The location is very accommodating. My room is spacious, very comfortable and price wise, I would take it over an apartment anytime. The staff are all friendly and efficient in their position. Best living choice for myself. Can't think of anything.

1. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, dirty floors, stained bed sheets, and ripped furniture. 2. The outside of the building is not good. 3. Breakfast was not prepared for the amount of guests i believe. We came to Breakfast and hour after opening and the only thing that was there was waffle mix. The waffle mix was sour and gross!

Nothing Mold in vents Sheets stained hairs in bedding

A/c unit worked, room size was good for price Mold on coffee packets, mini fridge wasn’t that cold, Tv didn’t work, some moldy stains on the mattress covers

The room was a little out dated and smelled like mold. We picked this room because of the hot tub. It was a little annoying that we kept hearing the tub next door filling over and over in the middle of the night. Paper thin walls. Kinda looks like 80s decor. The ac wasn’t very powerful but over all it was a place to sleep and the staff was friendly. I think it has a lot of potential but needs a make over. I would not say here again.

The exterior of the property is terrible: dirty & unkempt. The interior was surprisingly clean. The accommodation was basic & could do with some modernizing. The location is next to the highway but is very quiet. It located very close 10-20 minutes to most attractions downtown. The location is quiet. Slept great; room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was subpar : no hot water for tea; cream cheese tasted off as well as the waffle mix had a “sour” taste. In short: good rest, convenient location beyond that subpar no where near the Wyndham standard.

Some plague wasn’t work and the smell was bad when we get there.

Price, location Poor Wifi Connection

The room was very nice size. It looked really run down nothing like the photos online. There was a additional fee we were not made aware of. Not going to use that hotel again.

great hotel for a good night sleep - bed was very comfy

Elevator not working, looks like it hasn’t been working for a really long time, a lot of complains online as well. It should be fixed, and the tv wasn’t working either. The breakfast wasn’t terrible but could be improved.

Nothing Very unprofessionl attitude. No cleanliness. For breakfast nothing was there even going at 8 am for a time designated as 7 to 10 am. They just put material once and then never refill. At that moment no staff was there even at reception. Over all very very bad experience.

It was dirty and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. I don’t recommend this place.

My 2 biggest issues would fall under staff & amenities. Staff - we get there and complete the check in process again. We had selected a room on the 1st floor at the time of booking. We get there & he says the elevator is out & that they only have rooms on the 3rd floor. Obviously this is incredibly annoying & all we wanted was to get to our room. I asked, “Are you sure there’s only rooms on the 3rd floor?” He takes a couple minutes & wow what a surprise, there’s a room available on the 2nd floor. I was fine with that but figured what the heck & asked, “Well then are there any rooms on the 1st floor?” He takes another few minutes & what do you know, there’s magically multiple rooms available on the 1st floor! Just ridiculous! For amenities - As I said, the elevator was out. Not the end of the world. It was just ridiculous that they were telling people that their only rooms were on the 3rd floor. But online, specifically on Expedia, you can filter hotels that have breakfast included in your stay. We did so & we get there to see multiple signs & the employee telling us that the breakfast is currently not an option & hasn’t been for months. Why advertise that you still have it then?
