Our experience started on first night out of 3 nights, our truck was broken into. My husband lost hundreds of dollar's in tools taken out the closed truck bed that has a locked cover. No security on site. There is only one way in and out of the parking lot. We never did get any type of surveillance information. The card to your room gets deactivated daily and has to be reprogrammed daily at the service desk. On one of those times we waited for 15 minutes to get someone to come assist us at the service desk only after calling every number on the business card. Room cards should NOT be deactivated until your last day. It’s such an inconvenience to walk up to your room and have to go back down stairs and look for someone to activate a room card that’s been paid for a couple days stay. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this property, This was our second time staying at this property, First time didn’t have any issues but stayed less days and that’s why we gave it a second stay. If you stay there, be aware of your room key needs to get activated daily and don’t leave anything in your vehicle or truck bed not even if it has a locked bed cover. Remember No security on the property. Other than that the property is clean.

Shuttle was quick and location is good. The staff at the front desk was terrible. Made us feel unwelcome and made us question if we even had a booking. The room smelt like an old ashtray.

The only downfall was that breakfast was available on the weekends at 7AM & I needed to leave at 7. Weekdays breakfast is available at 6AM .

My original room had a musty smell, but the staff quickly moved me to another room without any issues, which I appreciated. One staff member told me the side door locks at certain times and brushed off my concern. The next day, I was given a different key that worked at the same door at any time. My room key also kept locking me out, and I had to go to the front desk twice during my three-night stay. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING..Especially Kevin!!! Very clean hotel...Rooms Very Big & Spacious!! Loved the decor as well!

Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and polite!! Heidi was especially helpful throughout our stay, she was attentive and ready to address any questions we had.

The employees, which includes front desk, custodial services, and food services, all provided excellent customer service. Although I didn’t have a problem on this visit but it appears parking would definitely be a problem if all rooms are filled.
