We had a delayed flight had to stay the night. Room was clean and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

My husband and I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised having a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and dirty for our entire stay. I reported the issue to the front desk all three nights we were there, but nothing was done and no compensation was offered. It was also extremely hot during our trip, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was so we could cool off after being outside. Instead, we had to spend extra time and money finding other places to stay cool, which was exhausting. If I had known the pool would be unavailable, I would have booked a different hotel. Since one of the primary advertised amenities wasn’t available during my stay, I’m requesting a partial refund, travel credit, or another appropriate form of compensation. I’d appreciate it if you could review my reservation and help resolve this matter. Thank you.

The breakfast was great

For the most part, this was a good stay. Cleanliness, check-in, and breakfast were all up to standards. The downside was weak water pressure and very little hot water in the shower. I did not reach out to the front desk to report since we were only there for one night.

Front desk ladies it's was amazing and friendly.

Solid airport hotel.

I booked for two nights stay Fri night and Saturday night. As my flight was only arriving at 5am on Saturday morning I booked Fri night also so that I could check in immediately on arrival. I messaged the property of this and got as n acknowledgment and phone no to call on arrival. Despite this my reservation was cancelled as a no show while I was flying. I found out about this on landing and calling the hotel. They would not reinstate by booking saying it couldn’t be done through their computer and charged me another night. Very sore point.

Staff is very unfriendly. The a/c in the room was leaking water and there was a mold odor.

When I got to my room it hadn't been cleaned. Had to change rooms.

Swimming pool was very dirty and no one used it.

Clean rooms, close to airport, transportation to airport doesn’t start until 6am so if you have an early flight you will have to make other arrangements which was pricy. Not hot water in the shower.

Good hotel

This was just a one night stay for us as we had an early flight the next morning. The room was clean, and the hotel was very conveniently located to IAH.

Upon our arrival I called the hotel to be informed by the worker that there was no airport shuttle they had sent him home early that afternoon. I mentioned that I has scheduled a shuttle and she said "not my problem". I mentioned the main reason we picked the hotel was the nearness to the airport - 3 miles and the shuttle service. again her response was not my problem I just work here. I said can you help and she said no. I just work here. That kind of lack of sympathy and lack of customer service blew my mind as someone who travels extensively. I asked to speak with the major and she said you can't they've gone home for the day so it's only me. A fine hotel physically but based on the complete disregard and lack of customer service. I would not recommend ever staying at this place.

Staff and room were great. Would definitely stay again.
