Good location They Need a new mattress. The beds are horrible. Need new blankets or comforters. The covers had cigar holes in them. I shouldn't have to bring my own covers and pillows. Serious plumbing concerns as well. The showers barely had hot water.

Overall cleanliness and well maintained everything was. The door had alot give to it. I was in room 108 and the wind even though the door was locked looked like it could be blown open anytime. Thats my only problem.

Very nice people, helpful about parking,I had a trailer, they put me close to where I parked. The room was very clean and roomy It took a while to get hot water to tub ,

The owner Sam is a horrible person. He is very rude and disrespectful. I found a spa room for $139 he wanted $200 just because it was Valentine’s Day. I wouldn’t recommend this room at all.

I don’t believe liked anything about the property honestly. The staff were rude! They definitely need someone who speaks fluent English because the miscommunication is ridiculous. They watch you from the main office ALL DAY! The rooms are barely clean, linen has stains, bed was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE!! Overall I don’t believe it’s worth what I paid for.

Room was walk on the floor bare foot clean! Excellent cleanliness for a $80 hotel room! Loved it! Strict 2 person requirement per room keeps the hotel nice and quiet as well as absolutely no pets! Which is also a plus for a cheap getaway from the wildlife of Houston! Will definitely come again when I travel back to Houston! Thank you!
