Nothing. Horrible experience. I was unable to get a room due to a lot of their rooms being closed due to a lot of Maintenance problems. Never will I book with Expedia again no refund was given.

NO BREAKFAST, NO BATH SOAP, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM

Staff is rude, lien was damp bathroom was dirty and the dinner wear is only for two you get charged a lien fee It’s set up more for extended stay then for a vacation

When I first arrived I was told that the elevator wasn’t working and that the only room they had was on the fourth floor. I was ok with that but I thought it was weird that the desk agent tried to charge me by the night for the room when I booked it for a week. Her excuse was just in case I changed my mind. Mind you it’s cheaper to pay for the week than by the day. Next there’s a $3 a day fee for linen service and housekeeping only comes every two weeks. I was put on the floor where practically everybody had a dog. I don’t know which was worse the dog smell throughout the whole hallway, the dogs barking or the couple next door to me arguing at 2:30 in the morning. The people would walk their dogs in the grassy area that set right at the doors of the hotel or on the concrete in the parking lot. The room itself however was nice and accommodating. It’s kind of like a furnished studio apartment in which I did like. I’ll give the room 10/10 everything else 5/10.

I was told that even tho I booked the room through Expedia that I hadn’t actually reserved it so I they didn't have a room because it was a first come first serve basis.

Clean room

Location Elevator out for a week, only one and I was on the 4th floor. Bathroom light out. Electrical breaker out during CPAP each night tripped. Staff unprofessional, unable to communicate and promised repairs that slow to fix or not at all. Had to move twice. The second time the manager arranged but staff spent the whole day waiting for next room to be cleaned. Called the police when I said "I suffer from PTSD when I waited three hours and they had an incorrect room (I had a two bedroom with a bathtub (this room had shower and one bed). The police said they claimed that I "threated her but because I am a disabled veteran with "traumatic brain injury", I recorded the conversation because they denied many of my request or the manager said they never got my messages. I had intended to extend my say buy because of their unprofessional and lying tendencies I decided to move on!

I had a good experience despite my toilet, not working it’s very convenient close to the main freeway of Houston that can take you to downtown the galleria mall all the way to Pearland Highway six near, Fort Bend and things like that . You are near food places like Popeyes McDonald’s, Whataburger Jack-in-the-Box chipotle etc also, I was not aware that the hotel came with a kitchenette, which is a great plus . Which comes with the fridge microwave hot top stove dishwasher. They do have a fitness room and they also have a laundry room. It is key access. The front office does close at 10 PM overall it is convenient. Everything is next to a quick trip gas station and a Shell gas station. there’s also a Starbucks near oh and a Wingstop. And it is a Kroger‘s grocery store two exit down. Overall, the day was good despite not getting a one bed which I booked for I was told after I checked in that actually I wasn’t told anything. I went upstairs and noticed I got a two bed. Then when I went back downstairs, I was told that they were out of the one bed, but they didn’t tell me that when I checked in . Because otherwise I would’ve just canceled and went to a different hotel with the one bed. Definitely be aware that this is a hotel that allows pets so if you do not like pets nor do not like the smell of pets, I will advise you not to .
