Not a dang thang Staff gave customer the same room as use and the customer walked in on us, the front desk name was Paul, Paul also wrote my personal information on a sheet of paper and left it on the desk for everyone walking in to to see

the AC was not cooling down the room. Temp was probably at 70degrees despite lowering the AC temp. I was there to take a quick nap while the wife is at an event so I just passed out.

The location was convenient to everything I needed to do in Houston at that time Had a bad experience on one of the days of my stay in which a SWAT situation occurred causing me to be out of my room for several hours just left me unsure of whether I will stay at this location if I'm in Houston another time

Horrible experience I will never stay here ever again and i have been dealing with them usual everything is fine but I was harassed and wrongfully put out I had to find the corporate number myself because they would not provide it for me they wouldn’t get in contact with the manager for me or anything smh it was horrible not recommended the room was dirty I complained about it and they put me out and said it was because of a disturbance it was raining outside and everything.

Conveniently located close to medical center and at an affordable price The room we initially got didnt have working appliances considering we would be staying 3wks due to medical reasons. Our food went bad because the refrigerator wasn't working properly. It took the staff a whole day to remedy the situation.
