The room was clean and the beds were comfy

Only two of the receptionists were helpful and polite. The “light” continental breakfast looked like rats had attacked it. There was a (used) condom in the elevator, a bottle of baby oil was left in my room from a previous guest so they don’t clean very well, and the a/c in my room was broken so it was unbearably cold.

No towels were available for use - the staff was rude about it and had to use towels from the family's home I was in town to visit with - spent more time there, than in the subpar hotel room - chose this space as it was closer than most downtown area hotels - but will go ahead and pay for the drive/inconvenience for small amenities like a TOWEL. Very disappointed in service.

My tv was messed up in the first room then he changed my room to a room with a black and white tv. No one came to check it like he said they would so I was just stuck with a black and white tv

Nothing We checking in the air conditioner cap not working. It was over 80° in the room. We called the office to ask for a different room, but they didn’t have one. They called the maintenance man and tried a big fit. He came in and said he would be back never showed back that was at 12 AM in the morning. I had surgery at 5 AM. I had no sleep. I told the lady I want a refund and we didn’t even go back the next day. also, there was a roach in the shower.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds for four people, but when we arrived, they gave us one queen bed and a small rollaway bed that was dirty, extremely uncomfortable, and had springs sticking through the mattress. It was impossible to sleep without waking up with back pain. To make matters worse, the extra bed came with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. The staff had a terrible attitude and seemed completely unwilling to help. I had to practically beg just to get sheets, and even then they told me they had no blankets or pillows available. The room was also inadequately stocked for four guests. We were given only two towels for four people, which is unacceptable. The lack of basic accommodations, poor customer service, and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you reserve a room for four people, don’t expect to actually receive proper sleeping arrangements or decent customer service.

Staff is very attentive especially the young lady at the front desk. Hotel in the hallways and the elevator.

The location and price were excellent! The beds and pillows were confortable. We stayed on the hotel for three nights but nobody came to clean it during our whole stay there. They didn't even provide new toilet paper. There was rat poop on the room.

Could have been better but also could have been much worse

The staff was nice and friendly but the place is not well maintained, the bathroom floor was cracked, the blankets are very thin in the room, weird smell throughout the entire hotel.

They gave us 1 set of towels for a 2 night stay then when I asked for more towels they said the didn’t have any clean towels then proceeded to give me 1 big towel!! Horrible customer service!!!

Is so Cleaning! The elevador smells not good,
