I really want my money back for this room

The AC ran very loud and hard (made really hard to sleep all Saturday night). The toilet constantly ran and didn’t shut off. The closet had pieces of trash and dead bugs on the floor of it as well. I called the front desk about these things and Tanya said she was going to have house keeping to come clean my room. The maintenance guy came and fixed the toilet issue but not the AC. The cleaning lady never showed up. I had to call the Courtesy officer around 11pm and complained that the neighbor was playing their music loud. They turned it down for a while then turned it right back up as if to be defiant. The neighbors upstairs (directly over me) stomped on the floor, moving chairs, walked hard, banging making loud noises several hours late into the night, as well. With the combination of the AC running loud, the neighbors playing loud music, the neighbors making noise above me…….I was ready to pull my hair out and didn’t get but several of sleep. Yet I still had to get up early Sunday. I had to kill several roaches in the room and there was hair and a LIVE spider in the bed when I turned back the sheets. ???? Also since moving in on that Sat, I have had to call the courtesy officer twice and the police twice since being here.

Rooms have bugs in them and didn't accommodate accordingly. Then they refused to give me cash refund on deposit when they couldn't take a new debit card. They insisted on sending a check in mail

Don't have a car so I don't know about the parking

When I advised front desk she stated, " You either take it or leave it!" I book through Hotels.com. We just got out of the hospital so looking for something else would be a hardship. We then got sick from the room we are still here! After I cleaned it so my disabled child can rest the rude lady sent a cleaning lady on the 5th we got worst. We open window to ventilate room people keep bothering us! I saw a man at night standing by our window 4 days ago. I hear someone upstairs above us shouting my name! I don't know them! Making threats at us my mail keep getting stolen, and this people keep following us. If I leave they follow us!

I booked reservations through hotels.com and the hotel is trying not to honor my reservations and try to force me to book in house for a very high rate. I booked five weeks and they say I have no reservations. The hotel is not clean, housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms if you don't watch them. The walls are pretty disgusting like they never clean them. The outside hotel is very trashy and homeless people are constantly on the property. Hotel has no security so parking lot is pretty dangerous at night. The front desk lady was very rude to all customers waiting in a line to check in.

I had a great day the staff was amazing the rooms were clean and the people around were really nice

Big roaches, rude staff they invade your space. Beds uncomfortable

The price for our 7 day was the only good part. Website says double queen beds, yet they were double full beds.Water was always hot which was great.Roaches dominated the stay..they were everywhere..we bought 2 cans of roach spray, bc if we didnt spray before bed ,they would be in the bed with us LITERALLY. Ive never stayed at a hotel where they charged for towels,so bring your own.housekeeping used same mop in every room so we declined bc we literally saw the roaches in the mop and water.Place was quiet at night.I they get the pest problem under control..they could be 4 out 5 star possibly

Worst hotel stay experience I have ever had. First was not able to get into the 2 bed room that I had reserved, room not clean, bugs observed in the room daily, was not told would be moved to a 2 bed room when available and then told that they had to see if there were reservations for them when they were vacated, never got the room I had reserved and was not able to get a refund.will not be back and recommend everyone avoid!!

Alex, the Front Desk Manager treated us like his own family. He was energetic, friendly and helpful. the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Greatly needed when getting in at night after my work shifts. The location was at the terminus of the Houston Metro bus line [route 82]. Frequent travel was only encouraged if you had your own car or deep pockets to pay Lyft/Uber.I
