The manager and the front desk hotel were outstanding!

When I came to the hotel to check in, the system wants them. One thing I heard the manager tell the front desk staff was to make sure the customers stayed happy while they work for the problem. This meant a lot. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. Breakfast was great. And I would definitely stay at this embassy in the future.

Everything excellent

Superb staff from front desk to catering. My only issue was being "booted" out of our conference room without sufficient time to clean up. My participants were still in there and we were having to break down the room when we were originally told we could leave our things (materials and equipment) in there for our Day 2 meeting. Very unprofessional of the lead on this situation. Sounds like money for a dinner group trumped our use of the room.

The hotel staff was very nice and was helpful with my questions . The restaurant manager he was very nice and came out and checked to make sure I was doing well after I got my food . I will be returning . Thank You

I love the ambiance, the happy hour (minus the chips and dip), the rooms, and the breakfast

The hotel offered a ride to within 5 miles of the hotel. The shuttle bus took me to Walmart. I called for a ride back to the hotel and I was told they had to find someone to send. Finally the manager came in the shuttle bus and took me back to the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Everything very clean. Service is always great.

Everything was great

There was a stale carpet smell in our rooms and in the hallways when you get off the elevator. The ladies downstairs were very helpful at the front desk. They offered to change our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) and they also came in with Lysol and sprayed.

Rooms were fine. Annoying tv remotes, shower head & sink sprayed everywhere, & the bed was weirdly uncomfortable. My 10/10 rating is 100% for the staff & amenities. Bonus points for cleanliness.

Breakfast, staff had to get another fridge and had a water leak under the bathroom sink, but both were fixed
