Great hotel all around super

The standards are Hilton quality was there. Great facilities and amenities. However, the service was challenging. Our initial interaction with the shuttle driver was interesting. He requested a 5-Star review as soon as we got in but he didn't help us put our luggage in the back. He did help get them out... That process was challenging for us visiting for the first time. We called the hotel and was abruptly told that they do not pick up from the terminal we were. We had to make our way to another terminal and it was hard to navigate to. At the hotel, I was not feeling well and needed an antacid. When I got to the room, I called and called and called... from our room phone and cell but no one answered. We had to come down to the hotel store area. When the host came out, she dismissively motioned for us to find what we wanted and use the kiosk. Then we found that the kiosk was not working. Very challenging especially when I was not felling well.

The elevator is not working properly. Breakfast is not ready for many people.

Our room had someone in it, so they should probably update their policies in making sure a room is available, even if someone else is at fault for checking out late. Easy enough to get it fixed despite the irritation.

Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was amazing, multitude of healthy options including roasted vegetables and salmon . 10/10

The room was clean & spacious. The shower takes a very long time to get warm/hot. We showered with lukewarm water our first night because we didn’t know if it would ever heat up. By the 2nd day we learned it takes about 20 minutes running the water for it to warm up. The A/C would cool the room and then turn off for a long period of time causing us to get hot and adjust it throughout the night but never really remaining on to keep us comfortable. We searched the room for a menu or a list of food/beverages and didn’t find anything so we ordered door dash for coffee. When the receptionist saw my fiancé with a Starbucks bag she mentioned that there’s a Starbucks in the building. We were very grateful for the mini fridge, microwave & bottled waters. We tried using the phone to request more towels but the extensions didn’t ring form room service or the front desk.

They should get smart tvs.

Every staff member is awo

The location was perfect. The carpet in the room appeared dirty and did not feel clean when stepped on barefooted. The AC did not cool the room during the day and the shower water took some time to heat up.

The breakfast was great the staff was helpful I had an amazing stay

Overall great experience

Quiet neighbourhood. The staff were good and helpful. There was enough parking for our car but the parking space was small, we literally had to squeeze in and out if our car. The shower took almost 10mins to get hot water running so that's something that could be improved.
