The room was clean well cared for and overall quiet and staff friendly

Everyone was great! Brad was extra helpful!

Right off the high way was able to get to everything at a decent time

Need out door lights in the pool area and outside showers.

Elevators not working. Conference being held at the time completely overtook the hotel and were loud all hours of the night.

Staff were not friendly. A smile on a face while talking to customers goes a long way.

All 4 guest elevators were inoperable. In talking with airline staff who stay on a normal basis, this occurs regularly. We were able to use a service elevator to move our luggage. The shower was dirty. Common area had trash that was not picked up. This was early morning so maybe someone would clean later.

It is a good hotel to stay but the shower design could have been better: if the water runs for long it overflows to other areas of the washroom/restroom and entry way. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great hotel all around super

The standards are Hilton quality was there. Great facilities and amenities. However, the service was challenging. Our initial interaction with the shuttle driver was interesting. He requested a 5-Star review as soon as we got in but he didn't help us put our luggage in the back. He did help get them out... That process was challenging for us visiting for the first time. We called the hotel and was abruptly told that they do not pick up from the terminal we were. We had to make our way to another terminal and it was hard to navigate to. At the hotel, I was not feeling well and needed an antacid. When I got to the room, I called and called and called... from our room phone and cell but no one answered. We had to come down to the hotel store area. When the host came out, she dismissively motioned for us to find what we wanted and use the kiosk. Then we found that the kiosk was not working. Very challenging especially when I was not felling well.

The elevator is not working properly. Breakfast is not ready for many people.

Our room had someone in it, so they should probably update their policies in making sure a room is available, even if someone else is at fault for checking out late. Easy enough to get it fixed despite the irritation.
