My stay at Houston Marriott North was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the hotel's amenities. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Houston area.

FOUND COCKROACHES and SPIDERS IN OUR ROOM. IF YOU BOOK ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE, AND YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER, BE CAREFUL. FRONT DESK DOESN'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU BOOK ON OTHER WEBSITES LIKE EXPEDIA, TRIVAGO, etc. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From the moment I checked in, the staff seemed annoyed and RUDE because I arrived later than expected. The front desk has an attitued tone since I walk in. To make matters worse, the room was not clean. We found both a COCKROACH and a large SPIDER in our room. I HAVE PICTURES to document this. The security guard was RUDE. When we returned to the hotel around midnight, he had blocked off the well-lit side of the parking lot and insisted that I park in a dark area where I did not feel safe. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I was told they could not help me and that I needed to deal with the security guard myself. The next morning, the front desk employee was rude when I called to ask about breakfast and seemed irritated that I had booked through Expedia. My mother was treated poorly as well when she went to get breakfast vouchers. My family has been visiting North HOUSTON for over 12 years, and we have stayed at many hotels in the area. This was easily the worst experience we have had. Between the rude staff, cleanliness issues, and parking situation, we will never stay here again. I can say that the hotel bar seemed to be popular.

Had a very nice stay at the hotel as we were there for a church conference within the hotel. I had one big issue however, it was a overnight staff person I think his name was Jason and he was so rude and very unpleasant, He did not want to help and would talk to other people as we were asking him questions. When we asked for his title he stated "Overnight Person", He was very rude and he left a bad taste in my mouth about your establishment. If I had to work with him again, I would never return to your hotel though I loved the stay. He is terrible and it was multiple people downstairs while we were speaking to him that also saw his terrible demeanor.

Expedia does not tell you this is not the Marriott at the airport, it is several miles away by shuttle that does not seem to keep to any reliable schedule. The room was noisy, road noise and drunken guests in the hallway at 3 am, and had seen better days. On the plus side the restaurant is reasonably priced, the staff was helpful. So not terrible but nothing great either.

It starts at the front desk, staff was friendly and helpful. Next comes your room, clean, comfortable bedding. I don't sleep well most of the time, but found myself waking up after sleeping through the night. The end is where you began, the front desk, where you are asked about you stay and offering is there anything else can help with.

Airport shuttle and access to on-site restarant

Some staff were nice however i couldn’t shower like i usually do. The water was way too hot i requested maintenance 2-3 times. No room change no follow up requested to speak to manager she said it was taking care of. Which was not true. Not worth it.

The location is a clean and updated well appointed property with minimal fan fair. Convenient to airport with complimentary shuttle. Polite staff and abundant security. Breakfast is a wonderful selection accompanied by attentive staff. The pool was the highlight with long hours, needed cleaning. Unfortunately no microwave in rooms and bathroom is cramped. Water was sufficient but did not get hot. Room is nice but decor lacks imagination and feels cold. Price was acceptable considering the FIFA increases.

I truly enjoyed my staff. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I truly enjoyed everything.
