City Express by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

Conveniently located by the airport, however pretty outdated and needs more maintenance (no AC in the exercise room, external card readers doors inoperative, moldy smell/atmosphere)... I feel deceived by the Marriott label and could have secured better stay for the price paid.

I thought it has pool like advertising

Everything. Nothing at all.

The room was clean and the staff was kind. We only stayed there for one night but we slept pretty comfortably.

The location was great for what I needed. Close to the airport. The room was spacious. Kinda older but it was clean. The shuttle runs every hour so plan accordingly.

Three roaches came out at night, couldn’t have a good nights rest. Also the heater on AC was not working.

My big complaint was no desk to work at in my room. Also, the fitness center both the eliptical and bike didn't have power to function and half the free weights were missing. Not terrible aside from those issues

THE SHUTTLE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE WAS NOT RUNNING. THE SHOWER HAD OLD DIRTY WASH CLOTHS IN IT. THE COFFEE MAKER WAS FULL OF MOLD. NO BREAKFAST. I WAS TRYING TO CALL THE HOTEL FOR OVER 1 HOURS TO CONFIRM SHUTTLE PICK UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER WHEN I FINALLY TOOK A TAXI AND GO THERE THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS HALF ASLEEP ON A COUCH BY FAR WORST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN IN

The room and it was clean The down stairs guess host when get to the hotel

That it was quiet and clean with amazing staff The door being locked at night

This room smelled of cigeratte smoke as soon as i walked in and the shower was dirty the bed looked slept in it was a horrible experiance

Toilet seat were broken. Hotel needs to be remodeled and fixed. Looks like a lot of things needed fixture.

Easy access to food Could not watch television throughout stay because the cable was completely fuzzy and always cut out. I was sold a $3 16.9 oz HOT soft drink (cooler wasn't working) the ac wasn't cooling properly, and the pool was dirty!

It was available for an emergency overnight stay. The shower caulking had mold and what I did not like most was the glaring security light directly in my window. Could not sleep.

I like the patio and the way the rooms are designed

It was affordable The staff was very rarely available. The shuttle wasn¿t running, they called me a Lyft and then told the Lyft driver the incorrect address , so that caused an issue. The room had large stains on the carpet and chair and the small was like a dirty sock.

It was a disgusting place and the restroom smelled like cigarettes ¿¿

Specifically booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was broken. No microwaves in the rooms. And every time the elevator went up and down it felt like it was going to break.

No shuttle service Front desk was not polite We were on first floor & I requested a higher floor Room was not clean Hotel was rated 3.5/good I would say it was poor It was cheap until we took a $25 Uber But I guess you get what you pay for
